I don't know what is she going to produce as she didn't have much to beginning with? They have been uncovering evidence last two years.
This bit is Ivy's summary:
"The plaintiffs (Katherine and PPB) did not, at the time of filling of the complaint nor currently possess the full body of evidence of this misconduct. Rather, plaintiffs suspected (correctly) that this evidence would emerge in discovery and indeed it has."

Furthermore they state

"The most evidence of Defendants (AEG) wrongdoing is in Defendants (AEG) possession"

In other words Katherine's lawyer say that they still do not have the full evidence but they are uncovering evidence from the documents / answers sent to them from AEG. They also argue that AEG have the answers / documents / evidence in their possession.

It's going to be very interesting, especially May summary judgement.
They have to have proper evidence in order to take the case to trial.
He said/she said doesn't count as evidence.

Bub I am hoping they do not have proper evidence by May so that this nonsense can be thrown out of court. They really want to go on a fishing expedition to see what AEG can give them so they can build a case on it. I guess to them this is a brilliant way to win a case with an entity such as AEG. How come Jermaine and company are not twitting how they gave all the information required. Whenever they do something foolish they keep quiet hoping people will forget.

Update

AEG has filed a motion to delay the trial dates.

If you remember they had complained before that the late discovery (Katherine not answering or not sitting for a deposition) made it hard for them to prepare for the trial on time.

I'll update as soon as I get more information

Oh no. I see why they would ask for the delay, but at the same time I wanted this trial to take place already, so we could move on to the next. Oh well...

Maybe if she does not submit the information by the last date the court stipulated, they could dismiss this.

^ According to her piers morgan interview, mrs j doesn't have information, just 'feelings'. Didn't think that would be enough for a court of law, but then again i'm not one of her $100s an hour lawyers.

^ Yes, bubs, the piers morgan interview is posted in the 2300 forum, the jacksons mention others being involved and that we still don't know what really happened. There are so many groups out there with all types of conspiracy talk that it's just not fair to be making these statements 3 yrs later with no concrete evidence and fuelling these theories even further - it's insulting for all those who took part in the painstaking prosecution trial for one thing.

They prob get more of an appearence fee if they make the story jucier and they need to support the lawsuit by blaming everyone but murray

I was thinking the same. Joe talked too much on telly,and his interview was used against him in his case against Murray
Katherine should be very careful what she says.

But this trial will not be tired on a tv program based on a "what I think" gut feeling. They need evidence to prove that AEG was liable and involved in the death of Michael. When will these people learn that. Further, going on tv to gain sympathy has no impact on the legal proceedings. Grandma need to be doing homework and gather her documents together. I suggest they should use their time to find proof that they can present to AEG, rather than going on tv and talk about feelings.

Just watched Jacksons interview to Morgan. They depressed me as usual. They've done everything to assert Michael was a drug addicted and after that they claim he was good and healthy before june 2009. I think they could say that because of recent AEG case and that questions judge ordered them all to answer.
And this forgiveness speech by Tito just made me sick. Sorry but it's beyond my mind, really.

You know, I will never understand Katherine. If 4 years isn't enough why did she let him off the hook so easy by waiving off her right to restitution?

Me neither. She had a chance to put Murray in financial jail for rest of his life but she didn't.
I would really want to know how much she is asking from AEG if she wins?

I wonder her reason to go on Piers Morgan show?
It there something she wants to air about AEG or her "cubs" needs promotion support for their show.
The timing supports both of the above.

cause murray won/cant pay the families bills for this and future generations. but aeg's money certainly will. she prepaired to sacrifice jusitice for mj inorder to look after the majority

in the short video she was with Brett Livingstone-Strong and Michael's paintings - which Estate claims Tohme gave away but he didn't have the right to do such thing. I think we'll hear a project in regards to that paintings and then probably get a new lawsuit.

^Even with the lawsuit in progress, I wonder why that crook BLS chose to go on TV? Does he want to rub it in MJ Estate's face? Orrr does he want to make a last buck from the stolen art before he loses them...for good?

This is typical of the Jack$ons.

What I find interesting is that, if MJ gave away those paintings to BLS as he and Tohme claim, then what does he need KJ for? I mean if he's now the rightful owner of these paintings surely he doesn't need KJ at all.

I guess in his head getting kjs support is evidence for him to say these are rightfully mine as kj says its ok for me to have them. no doubt there will be some deal where kj gets a % of any deal/sales

pointedly that mrs. jackson was interviewed nearly at the same time when judge oredered her to answer the questions for aeg and to give her reasons for this lawsuit. she wasn't interviewed since Oprah was she? maybe she wanna say some words about aeg subject 'cuz after that compelling hearings her and the family attitude seems not good.

Absolutely. I guess that's the whole plan.

When are these crooks going to get it? KJ has no influence or whatsoever. Plus, she's not a heir of the Estate. Her consent/approval has no meaning at all since she does not have the authority. She's merely a passive beneficiary.

Without proof of ownership, those paintings are going nowhere.

This is the same trick that Melissa Johnson used to parade the kids on national TV where the kids were announced as board members for the fake HTWF. It didn't work and never will.

New lawsuit brewing! I thought these paintings and B L-S were related to Tohme case, as it was him who gave them away, whether he had right to do so or not. So if estate can prove that Tohme gave himself too much of power, and was looking after his own benefit, wouldn't judge also say that he had no right to give away those paintings?

Oh I'm sure, and Jermaine too, which is why he got so uppity on twitter when people were questioning him about the legitimacy of ownership of Michael's art. This is my opinion, since Jermain introduced Tohme to Michael, and the 'gifting' of the art was Tohme's doing.

And this is exactly the reason why I don't trust KJ. She always makes me wonder if her tears are real and that makes me sad.

thats the basis or their entire lawsuit. i doubt it was an idea based off any evidence. it was just used to create the lawsuit or at least it was a main part of the case with the other allegations before they were thrown out
