I found the settlement amount with just few simple words on Google search and voila, there it is. It seems that Demon has more things inflated, not just her ego.

I'm sure there are more errors in her webpage, but I can only read few minutes at the time, then I have to go away (for sake of my blood pressure).

Here is the picture of Diane Diamond which was mentioned. I have always felt that she was a huge fan of MJs but now she shows the signs of "The Wrath of A Woman Scorned." What she has posted behind her is not just a regular picture of MJ (with his children or shopping) but a King of Pop picture (The Panther Dance). She must have liked that dance a lot. That's maybe her favorite fan photo. But, I think she has an obsession with him that goes beyond any amount of money she could make from writing about him. For her, it's personal. He may be deceased now, but she's still alive living in all her hate and drama and rage and feelings of rejection...IMO. I would imagine that an investigation into her past very well might show some things which she would never want the public to know...again, IMO.

Also, she is a Bully. More and more focus is being put on bullies now, and she is a prime example. If I had talent in the art of writing, I would write an article, using Diane Diamond as an example (not the overall or tabloid media....just her) and show the comparisons between her and the word Bully and the damage and destruction a bully can and does do. She probably feels as though if it weren't for her, the entire tabloid industry would crumble. Since she has no credibility anymore, and I do believe people are tired of hearing her "opinions", she should be shown to be the bully that she truly is and how dangerous people like her can be. She is the one that comes across as sad and pathetic. There are people who will always think the worst of Michael. But I think the more time passes that the more people might finally say enough about this. I am glad Tom Messereau is still around. He would definitely put someone like her in her place. As much as it hurt hearing Michael in that state but during the trial when they played Murray's recording of Michael it was actually a good thing. It showed Michael's true heart. It made some people think again what they thought about him in the first place. I hope more people will see the truth as time goes on.

We cannot and should not speculate about such things. We would only be lowering ourselves to her level. And in any case, your assumption departs from a false premise - although a small percentage of child abuse victims might grow up into abusers themselves or seek revenge out on anyone, even the innocent, many are able somehow to overcome most of the trauma and in certain cases even forgive their abusers; trust me on this one.

I bet you are right. Although most of us in this more or less tiny corner of the world called the MJ Community might harbor some well fed ill feelings towards the media because of what they did to him for so long, as incredible as it sounds, there were and there are journalists worthy of that name and profession, both when it comes to Michael and to wider issues.

Although they seem to be in minority in an industry led by the pursuit of revenue from advertisements, ratings and sensationalist headlines void of any truth and substance, there are those who earnestly and honestly seek the truth, defy the powerful and try to inform people about real issues. Wouldn't it be funny and highly ironic if somehow the media became a sort of reluctant and unexpected ally of Michael's post-June 25[SUP]th[/SUP] 2009? Leaving aside the unfortunate incidents such as the one here, most of them have been quite helpful in restoring his legendary status, haven't they? That most of it smacks of hypocrisy considering what they did to him for decades is quite true also, but one can only try and be grateful for whatever help one gets, right? Death is not an issue to be made fun of, whether Michael's or anybody else's. And the Propofol jokes are beyond lame. Spot on. I totally and absolutely agree with your stance. People who resort to accusing fans of worshiping Michael because they believe he was innocent, as he was proven in a court of law, do a complete diservice to logic, reason and human decency.

If we are to be honest with ourselves though, we must admit there is a good portion of the fan community which has taken its affection and loyalty to Michael to extreme levels.

Perhaps it was a knee-jerk reaction, perhaps fans felt the need to protect Michael from the evil he was exposed to, but still i do not see any real justification for attitudes which trade dangerously on the side of religious devotion and zeal.

I dare say the perception of Michael spread among some of the fans as this outterworldy creature incapable of any kind of wrong doing, shrouded not only in mystery but also in perfection did a lot more harm than good by adding unnecessary pressure on Michael to live up to standards he couldn't have possibly considering his limited human condition. Some might have mistaken his charity and depth of faith with perfection and complete wisdom. As harsh as it may sound, i do wish some would adore/'worship' less and try and understand more, i really do.

Can anyone actually image the tension in Michael's soul? Going from being called a criminal and a monster by the media and believed to be one by most of the general public to be seen as a demi-god by some of the fans, both extremely wrong attitudes and highly aggravating circumstances for his peace of mind and soul.

Hey everybody - how's this for a real BREAKING NEWS, for once? The MAN was HUMAN, as in made of both good AND bad sides, same as everybody freakin' else on God's green earth & anomaly in space. Did any of his bad traits make him any less lovable? For heaven's sakes......NO. Did they make him an imperfect, but complete and true human being? Absolutely YES.

I bet it would have been great if people had treated him less as an alien on both ends of the spectrum: either descended from beyond the spheres to entertain the world and the illusions of many (particularly women) OR a piñata for jokes and lies only to be mocked and despised. If people actually tried to listen to what he was saying, maybe they would have understood him better and maybe, juusst maybe his life would have been a bit easier. Won't say a lot, cause that's unrealistic.

At the end of the day all of them attitudes are irrelevant - what truly matters is the core of MICHAEL´S SOUL which was made of true beauty and real strength. Everything else pales in comparison and ANYBODY who made the mistake of undermining Michael´s legacy and integrity and underestimate the depth of his intelligence and his sheer resolve has made so at their own peril.
