EXCLUSIVE Katherine Jackson’s lawyers have sent me a statement about what went on yesterday in Calabasas. All of it was witnessed by the attorneys. Here it is, exclusively:

“Yesterday afternoon certain Jackson family members ambushed Katherine Jackson’s home after their vehicle tore through security gates on the tails of the SUV containing Michael Jackson’s children. After exiting their vehicles, Jackson family members ran up to Michael’s children as they yelled and began to aggressively grab at the cell phones in their hands. Out of concern for the well being of Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson, the children were forced to temporarily leave their home and taken to a safe location. An altercation ensued shortly thereafter and law enforcement arrived at the scene.

“Following the incident, it was learned that one of the family members who was part of the ambush admitted that a plan has been in place for the last three years to remove Katherine Jackson from her home and her beloved grandchildren. Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson have not heard from their grandmother since she left their home nine days ago to attend a series of her sons’ concerts on their Unity Tour. She never made the shows. Despite efforts to interview Katherine Jackson at her current location in Arizona yesterday, Los Angeles County Sheriffs confirmed that they were denied access to Mrs. Jackson by security for one of her children. “

Is this how they thank Michael? He did not only support his parents, siblings but even cousins and nieces and nephews. Katherine raised Jermaine and Randys kids, but she cant raise Michaels three children?

It's not what they called a scuffle. Apparently that was an incident after this scene:

"An altercation ensued shortly thereafter and law enforcement arrived at the scene."

But the real point is: why don't they let the kids talk to Katherine? Why don't they let her come back to California? Why does it all happen as the siblings attack MJ's Estate?

this is not why they called the cops. The reports clearly said the scuffle included a security or Trent against Randy or Jermaine. This video shows - I think - Prince going in ignoring Randy and Janet's confrontation with Paris trying to take her phone.

I agree. The entire thing looked insane. Also Janet and Randy "recording" the happenings just looked strange, in my opinion.

I guess they didn't realize that THEY TOO were being recorded. Thank God For Security Tapes!

No matter how you slice it and/or try to spin it, that was NOT a good look for either Randy or Miss Janet.

Is this the way how doctors prescribe the rest for older people? making a family drama with affecting family members relationships, because I do not believe that Paris and co. will pretend nothing happenes, and all the aunts and uncles are gone for very long time from paris and co. lives..., especially Janet.

This made me LMAO! So true...these people are beyond words to describe them. I feel sick watching that video...can you imagine if they ever did this to Michael's kids in front of him.

And Randy and Janet filming...wtf...these kids are 14 and 15..i wish there was audio to see exactly what was being yelled at them.

Wonder if Mrs J knew about this plan to abduct her and take her away...forever. How do they plan to live off Michael's money of Katherine gets less of it. SICK AND TWISTED

I think randy probably hope to irritate Michael's children and film something worthy for him to twist and slander Michael's children like see those kids are so wild, act up... (dont paps always do so to create 'bad news') He seemed to forget those children are Michael raised, they are very smart and mature, they just simply walked away. Make randy and Janet like the fools. I just don't believe Randy's mouthpiece x17's exclusive slander mj3 is the coincidence.

When Katherine's finally updated on all this and she will surely be bombarded from both sides with their version, it could have some serious medical repercussions on her. I certainly hope she doesn't learn all about it from a court telling her she's about to lose custody of the children. Randy and Co. have made an impossible mess.
