I don't think that footage is from Randy or Janet's camera phone, the angle is too odd. It seems to be coming from security cameras up in roof or hight up in the wall.

There will always be disagreement amongst the fan community on various aspects of Michael's life and legacy. That is to be expected. Once we respect each other and deal with each other civilly, I have no problem with having a hearty debate!

Additionally,there is no question that certain sections of the media are playing to the agenda of the Jackson family and others to the Estate. Somewhere in the middle there is the truth. Some things have been blown out of proportion, exaggerated and invented, little details have been confused and mixed up.

BUT THE CRUX OF THE MATTER IS ...

Three minor children have not heard from their guardian in EIGHT [8] days. Two of those minor children have been called liars and manipulators and they have been made to feel unsafe in their home.

That situation needs to be our primary concern. Nothing else.

^How can Randy sell that footage to GMA when actually they're barred from going to that house now. Its not his footage, its security footage. Someone ELSE leaked that footage, either security or some other person like Trent or whatever that has access to it. Which makes me wonder what the motives are.

Roger posted that the footage was from Randy, but I think he is mistaken. At least the video from TMZ is from security, not sure about GMA video. The angle seemed to coming from higher up than where Randy was standing.

I just want a 14 year old who learned her grandmother had a mini stroke via the internet and then tried to talk to her grandmother personally to confirm she is really okay, a 14 year old who was suddenly orphaned 3 years ago and is obviously filled with fear because she's not allowed to speak to the one person who keeps her from being an orphan again, all I want is for this 14 year old to be able to speak to her grandmother.

No one really gives a hoot about the Jacksons being demons or saints or anything else anymore.

I AGREE WITH YOU 100% at this moment in time. However I can only imagine 50 years from now people using the "orphan" excuse. Much like Michael, with the "He never had a childhood" responses. At some point we will have to let these children grow up, and I think a lot of fans cannot handle that because they will always see them as the King Of Pops children instead of as individuals.

But yes FOR NOW I do agree with you 100%. It will be interesting to see how they transition into adults.

Both are same with the exception that the video from TMZ is longer. You can see cars pull up to the driveway and Paris and Prince entering their cars to greet Janet and Randy

^^She probably is not being held against her will, so I guess she was not kidnapped. Now if they were able to nab the kids last night, that would really be kidnapping. I think Katherine just thinks she is on a vacation and have not called the kids due to something her children told her. What ever it is it must be good for her to believe them.

People familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Paris and Prince and Blanket all want TJ to be their guardian because they believe Katherine -- their current guardian -- has effectively been kidnapped by MJ's siblings. The kids haven't seen Katherine in 9 days.

Under California law, a judge would not grant a temporary guardian for teenagers unless the kids were on board with the selection, and we're told all 3 kids are down with it.

As we first reported ... the Michael Jackson Estate is standing by and will support TJ's bid to become the temporary guardian if asked by the Probate judge.

Just 15 hours ago, TJ tweeted to Paris, "I know it's completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you."

By the way, TJ is married with kids and is in a band with his 2 brothers. And get this ... he was Kim Kardashian's first love. Check out what looks like their prom pic.

One final point ... sources connected to MJ's siblings tell TMZ Michael's brothers and sisters are turning on each other. One brother has secretly been telling people he does not support what the others are doing to Katherine.

I doubt she would. And why should she? her uncles did the same after the letter was published (comment on twitter I mean). Difference is Paris has been active on twitter way before this happened, she's a very outspoken teenager and I don't see anything wrong with that. Michael was the same. If the media is attacking the children it's because her uncles talked crap about her and Prince. That's what Michael wouldn't want, his family attacking his children out of GREED. In general people know she's a sweetheart. Whoever believes what Randy has said about 'em is just an air-head.

TJ is supporting Paris & the kids going by his twitter account. Although I haven't done full research yet I think he's on their side even though he is Tito's son.

Is it a good idea with TJ? His dad is one of the people who signed the letter and want the executors gone. What if Tito gets to TJ and through him to the children?

tj and taryll have been pretty quiet interms of been like taj. they havnt said or done anything to show blind loyalty to the family so i dont think anything can be said against him?
