MJ fired her a day or a couple of days before he died. Right after she was fired, (she realized that MJ had no intentions of taking her with him and the children to London) she gave a scathing interview which I think has already been posted. The reporter is Daphne somebody and she does get into the tabloid stuff but Grace ran right to her and blabbed her mouth and trashed MJ badly. The entire interview was never put on youtube because when Grace realized MJ died, she also realized something like: "I goofed up by bashing MJ", so she pleads with Daphne not to air the interview. So, we only have a little bit on youtube but the written interview has been posted. Shame on you, Grace. You backstabbed MJ. There was one brief video with Grace griping about being fired and I saw it last night, but it has now been removed. I found this one though:

More than 500 mill in debt! it keeps going up day by day. i guess they had to do that as theyve made 475 mill so the debt must be pushed up to make mj look broke. funny how the 1.7 bill court docs get forgotten about when it suits them

The media just dont stop shading on Michael, do they? 300 millions-> 400 millions->500 millions-> more than 500 millions
i bet next year the media will change to 600 millions in red. And "died from drug overdose" is must have for every article they write about Michael. Sour grapes, they can't help it :smilerolleyes:because Michael is unstoppable and invincible even in death. I mean who can make $475 millions alive or not.

The letter states Jackson's family - who other than his mother and three children receive no stake in his estate - was too overwhelmed after the singer's death to meaningfully challenge the document. Attorney: Agreement on custody of Michael Jackson’s children to be filed Thursday

LOS ANGELES — Katherine Jackson’s attorney says paperwork to create a co-guardianship for Michael Jackson’s three children will be filed on Thursday in Los Angeles.

The filings will be based on an agreement reached last week between the Jackson matriarch and TJ Jackson, the children’s cousin who was appointed their temporary guardian last week.

Perry Sanders Jr. says in a statement released Wednesday that attorneys will wait until Thursday to see how a judge wants to proceed.

Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff said last week that he didn’t believe Katherine Jackson had done anything wrong but suspended her guardianship duties because she had been out of contact with her grandchildren for 10 days.

She returned from an Arizona spa trip hours after last week’s hearing. Her grandchildren are ages 10 to 15.

TJ Jackson, temporary guardian of Michael Jackson's three children, will formally file a motion in the custody case on Thursday morning, asking a judge to make him permanent co-guardian, along with the kids' grandmother, Katherine Jackson, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

"Before 10 this morning, Charles Shultz (TJ Jackson's lawyer) will give notice to interested persons that we intend to file a pleading tomorrow regarding co-guardianship. The pleading will speak for itself and be consistent with my prior statement issued on this subject. Tomorrow we will learn the court's pleasure on when and how his honor chooses to handle the request being made tomorrow. No further statements will be made regarding this pleading until subsequent to us learning how the Court wishes to proceed," Katherine Jackson's lawyer, Perry Sanders said in a statement.

As we previously reported Diana Ross will sign off on a new proposed custody agreement, in which Michael Jackson's three children, Prince, Paris, and Blanket will have two guardians, their grandmother Katherine Jackson and TJ Jackson, son of Tito.

Ross must OK the agreement since Michael stipulated in his will that he wanted the legendary Motown singer to care for the kids, should Katherine not be able to fulfill his wishes.

"Diana has no qualms whatsoever about the new custody agreement, she only wants what is best for the children. Diana knows that the children are old enough to decide who they want to live with and she defers to what they want. While Diana hasn't been a big part of their lives because she lives on the East Coast, she is very fond of them," a source close to the situation previously told us.

Judge Mitchell Beckloff, stripped the Jackson family matriarch of her guardianship of the three children because no one could reach her for more than a week. The judge said he made the ruling not because of any wrongdoing on Katherine's behalf, but because she had been prevented from fulfilling her guardianship duties by an "intentional act from third parties." Judge Beckloff told all parties while in court last week that Diana Ross and Debbie Rowe, mother of the two oldest children, needed to be provided notice of what was transpiring.

The children have been embroiled in a vicious family struggle for more than a week now as Randy, Jermaine and Janet Jackson battle over the late King of Pop's will, which they claim is fake. Michael's nephew TJ has been a constant presence in the children's lives and their attorney stated in court that they had no objections to him being appointed temporary guardian.

Last Friday, it was announced that Katherine and TJ Jackson, would be petitioning to become co-guardians of the kids. The paperwork is expected to be submitted this week and the judge will have to sign off the proposed agreement.

I pray that Judge Beckloff doesn't make any decisions until AFTER the investigation he ordered has been completed. In my opinion, he needs all of the available information in hand before he makes his ruling.

As far as I'm concerned, Mother will always have her children whispering in her ear for one thing or another and I personally don't trust that something else will happen down the line. In my opinion, her children are desperate (some, not all) and we all know that desperate people don't think straight and are not rational, i.e. Randy being the main culprit.

If you were Branca and Mcclain would you help them? I don't think so and they have no obligation to help them. There only obligation is to Michael, his kids and his mother who are in the will.

Paris told the truth. That's why people are blaming her. But she has more support than it looks like. I am not into twitter but what she did actually helped her and her brothers and Katherine. Who knows how long she would have been kept away from them. It doesn't matter what Janet tries to do and say now. She a huge part in what happened and her blind support for Randy only makes her look foolish. You don't see her denying Prince's tweet. She got busted on that one.

I agree that family matters should be kept private. The problem is that the adults like Randy and company make it public and dragged the children and the cousins into it. They make threats and slanderous comments. They should go to court but they have nothing to go to court with. They are not in the wll and have no say. Randy worries about his mom yet she is healthy and is fine and lives in a beautiful home that she loves. Oh and she has phones and her laptop and a driver and is free to do whatever she wants. If Michael was my son I would be proud at how well he took care of his children. Even non fans can see the kids are well taken care of and katherine and it's all because of what Michael provided for in his will.
