i thought he said no one told him he just presumed it was looking back in hindsight. anyway frank deserves whatever he gets after selling mj out. no one who loves mj would say anything that could be used against michael.they would keep info to themselves i as a fan would never say anything that could hurt him and ive heard other stories re diprivan but i wouldnt put the details of them on a mess board let alone a book.

I think his book implied that he, frank, was using hindsight in saying it was prop. MJ hooked up to iv after a concert, doctors around, secrecy - bound to be propofol. He'll be destroyed on x-exam, but if he's a jackson witness, why do they want a prop story or the 2001 msg demoral collapse story , it's aeg who wants to use mj's prior use of prop/drugs for concerts. It seems AEG and jacksons are likely to be intent on proving the same thing, that mj was an addict. I just can't make head or tail of the pros case.

That is the strange thing about the Jackson case. Notice how mad they were when the estate had certain medical information of Michael's sealed. It seems as though they want to trash the son/sibling. Unless they want to claim that Michael was such a druggie and you know it, and still asked Muarry to drug him? Who knows? It seems to me also, that because the defense lacks evidence to prove their case, they are doing a lot of fishing to see what they could catch to use.

By recent "happenings" in Jackson (especially Katherine's) household, I wonder if she is even aware of what is going on, or does she understand that the only ones that is going to suffer is Michael and his kids. I really think that it is someone else, other than Katherine, that is dealing with lawyers in this case.

i think the jacksons are just fishing re frank hopeing for some tidbits about how ppl would control mj. although from what we know frank wasnt around much the last few years so interms of the actual case against AEG i dont see how he could help.

Testimony of Dentist Sought in Michael Jackson Death Case
An entertainment company blamed for Michael Jackson's death wants a North Carolina court to subpoena a dentist who "may have been present" when the late pop icon was sedated with propofol.
As the defendant in a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Jackson's mother, Anschutz Entertainment Group has asked the Union County Superior Court to subpoena out-of-state witness Dr. Mark Tadrissi, D.D.S.
AEG claims Tadrissi, based in Waxhaw, N.C., is a "healthcare provider who likely treated and/or consulted with Michael Jackson, including in or around 2008."
It says Tadrissi has information and knowledge pertinent to the case, as he "may have been present when Michael Jackson was given sedation, including propofol," the surgical anesthetic that killed the entertainer on June 25, 2009.
Katherine Jackson has accused AEG of instructing her son "to stop seeing and taking medications from his current doctor" and to rely on Dr. Conrad Murray, whom it hired to ensure Michael Jackson attended rehearsals and shows for his "This Is It" tour.
AEG agents went to the entertainer's Beverly Hills home on June 18 and "demanded Michael Jackson stop seeing Dr. Arnold Klein and stop taking the drugs Klein gave him," Katherine Jackson claims. "AEG said Klein's drugs made him sleepy and prevented him from rehearsing. AEG demanded Michael Jackson take only the medications given to him by Murray."
Murray was hired as Michael's personal physician in May 2009 for $150,000 a month. Jackson says he administered "various controlled substances and other medications" to her son, "including Valium, Ativan, Versed, and Propofol."
A week after AEG agents allegedly came to his house, the singer died of a propofol overdose.
Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for his role in Michael Jackson's death and was sentenced to the maximum four years in prison.

I totally agree. Katherine should never have brought this lawsuit, in my opinion. Even though Michael is dead, he still can't get a break. It's not fair.

Of course they asked Michael to stop see Dr. Klein. The man could barely make it through his rehersals after leaving Dr. Klein's office. Any one could see it was a bad situation, why would a dermatologist have to get his patient so loaded? I thought Kenny Ortega had been dropped from the suit. He should be dropped, it was his testimony that helped get that quack Murry convicted. The family sure didn't contribute anything to get him convicted.

I cannot remember too clearly, but wasn't the dentist the person who gave Michael prof for dental work? I think the problem was that the facility did not have authorization for such medication to be given there, and the doc was fined for giving it at that location. Maybe AEG wants to show that Michael knew about the drug before, so AEG is not responsible.
Thanks grandma and Randy for giving AEG the opportunity to go digging and spreading Michael's business all over the place after his death. It is time for Michael to have some peace.

I need to find somewhere to spew all the ugly emotions that I have in my heart for the Jackson family. I won't do it here cause I don't want to get banned.
What I will say is - it breaks my heart that there is no-one who will cross examine the Jacksons or AEG in this lawsuit. I know the law does not work that way and the estate will do what it can to limit certain things. But AEG is not here to defend Michael, so when LaToya and Rebbie go on about interventions, AEG's lawyers are not going to object and ask for proof. They will just use the evidence to prove their own point.
That's why I wish we, as a fan community, could sue some members of that family for emotional distress, etc. We need a forum where we can openly challenge and expose them. I am officially SICK AND TIRED of Michael being used and abused this way. What a god-awful group of people.

It's sad that the fans show more concern about protecting Michael's privacy and dignity than his own family. Like with everything the Jacksons do they don't think about the long term or the consequences of their actions. It's about getting the big money. But little by little their scams and plans get shut down and people see what is really going on. I don't think they can win this and they will have to live with dragging Michael through the mud and not letting him rest in peace. I am not surprised by this lawsuit but the one thing I can never understand is how they dropped the restitution against Murray. If they really wanted justice for Michael they would have made sure that he never makes a penny off of killing Michael. When Murray gets out and we see his face on tv or in a book or wherever it will be the Jacksons fault. Not AEG, Klein, Ortega, imaginary people but them.

Yes, I can not remember too clearly either but I think Tadrissi is that dentist, he allowed someone (Adams I guess) to give propofol during dental work, and he was fined for allowing it in his office. As Petrarose said, he was fined by the Nevada Medical Board for allowing propofol to be given a this particular place, well at least that's what I remember

How TMZ turned a dental appointment for Michael Jackson's son Blanket in 2008 into a global news story.
January 14, 2011, (Sawf News) - Among the less scrupulous red-top reporters on both sides of the Atlantic, there's an old adage; 'Never let the facts get in the way of a good story'.
I can't think of a recent story which has embodied that philosophy more than TMZ's supposed scoop yesterday, accusing Michael Jackson of pressuring a dentist into putting his youngest son Prince Michael II (AKA Blanket) to sleep with anesthetic.
'MJ Pushed Dr. To Improperly Give Son Anesthesia', read TMZ's headline. Shocking indeed. Certainly more shocking than 'MJ's Son Went To The Dentist Two And A Half Years Ago', which would have been a far more accurate assessment of the situation -- for while TMZ accused Jackson of 'subjecting one of his children to risky medical treatment', the truth was far more banal.
At the heart of this story is the allegation that in July 2008, Dr Mark Tadrissi performed oral surgery on two occasions, once on Jackson and once on his son Blanket, which required the use of anesthetic. The snag? Dr Tadrissi didn't have a permit to use general anesthetic in his office, but called in an anesthesiologist anyway and went ahead with the surgeries. Dr Tadrissi was investigated over his actions in 2009 and sanctioned by the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners in 2010.
The TMZ article appears to have been written with two specific intentions; the first, to suggest that Jackson was reckless when it came to drugs -- particularly anesthetic, an overdose of which caused his death in June 2009 -- and the second, to suggest that he was a bad father, ordering his then six-year-old child to undergo a procedure involving the 'risky' use of general anesthetic. In actuality, the facts and evidence demonstrate neither point.
Describing the use of anesthetic on a child during oral surgery as a 'risky medical treatment' is utterly inaccurate and entirely irresponsible. According to the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry's (AAPD) website, "General anesthesia can be helpful for children requiring significant surgical procedures." Jackson's son required two hours of dental surgery. The AAPD website also states that, "general anesthetic can be used safely and effectively when administered by an appropriately-trained individual in an appropriately-equipped facility." This brings me neatly to my next point.
According to TMZ's own version of events, which purports to be taken from internal documents, Dr Tadrissi told Jackson he wasn't able to administer anesthetic – so Jackson instructed the doctor to bring in a qualified anesthesiologist.
According to a legal document obtained by SawfNews.com -- a Stipulation Agreement filed by the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners in March 2010 -- Dr Tadrissi did exactly that, hiring a 'Nevada licensed anesthesiologist' to administer anesthetic during Jackson's own surgery. His son's surgery is not mentioned in the Stipulation Agreement, but there is no evidence to suggest that Dr Tadrissi's actions differed when treating the boy.
This confirmation that Dr Tadrissi hired a licensed anesthesiologist renders some segments of TMZ's article entirely fictitious, not least it's incredibly misleading headline, 'MJ Pushed Dr. To Improperly Give Son Anesthesia'. The anesthetic wasn't given by the doctor and it wasn't given improperly. Moreover, Jackson didn't push the doctor to administer anything. By TMZ's own admission, Jackson specifically asked for a professional anesthesiologist.
The article's first line is also fictitious, stating that, "Michael Jackson subjected one of his children to the same risky medical treatment that eventually killed him." Jackson died in his home after his personal doctor -- not a qualified anesthesiologist – self-confessedly administered anesthetic unnecessarily and did so without any of the necessary accompanying equipment. Conversely, in 2008 Jackson allowed a licensed anesthesiologist to sedate his son using the correct equipment in a dentist's clinic for necessary surgery. The situations aren't remotely comparable.
Once you strip TMZ's scoop of its inaccuracy and hyperbole, here's what you're left with; in 2008, Michael Jackson took his son to a dentist, who told Jackson that his son required a two-hour-long surgical procedure and would need to be anesthetized. Jackson asked the dentist to hire a licensed anesthesiologist. The dentist complied. The boy was sedated under the correct circumstances and monitored by a professional throughout his surgery. In other words, Jackson behaved like any other parent, allowing his child to undergo necessary medical treatment but first ensuring that it was to be done properly.
By wrongly accusing Jackson of 'pushing' and 'cajoling' the dentist into conducting a 'risky medical treatment', TMZ implies that the dentist's care was somehow substandard or dangerous. This is untrue. Dr Tadrissi did not stand accused of endangering his patients, giving substandard care or any other form of incompetence. He simply allowed a licensed anesthesiologist to sedate a patient in his clinic without the correct permit.
So for all TMZ's sensationalism -- which would have you believe that Dr Tadrissi is some sort of Dr Feelgood, dishing out anesthetic like lollipops -- his only real mistake was one akin to selling a few bottles of Wild Turkey out of one's garage without first acquiring a liquor license. Aside from covering the cost of the investigation ($2750), Tadrissi was simply required to complete eight hours of education (four on ethics, four on record keeping) and take a jurisprudence exam.
Through misleading and at times wholly inaccurate wording, TMZ has spun a bureaucratic misdemeanor into an exaggerated tale of medical malpractice and maniacally irresponsible parenting. The timing is suspicious; Dr Conrad Murray has just been ordered to stand trial for the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson and the media's coverage of both the singer and his physician could significantly impact potential jurors' views on the star's death between now and the trial. By twisting the facts in order to portray Jackson as a deranged diva who demanded the 'risky' use of anesthetic on himself and his six-year-old son, TMZ paints a picture of a man who could very easily have bullied his physician into giving him anesthetic or even have administered it to himself.
TMZ's sensationalistic story about Jackson's trips to the dentist is especially irresponsible given that the website is now seen by many as a go-to spot for news on the star. Ever since the site was the first media outlet in the world to break the news of Jackson's death (although many fans have labeled this a fluke, claiming that the site announced Jackson's death long before it was even called at the hospital) the website has achieved a level of popularity, recognition and perceived credibility which it had never before seen. Already, dozens of other websites have replicated TMZ's story and many more will almost certainly follow suit. In an industry plagued by 'copy and paste' journalism TMZ should take more care to ensure that its journalism is both fair and accurate. Neither can be said for yesterday's story.

The snag? Dr Tadrissi didn't have a permit to use general anesthetic in his office, but called in an anesthesiologist anyway and went ahead with the surgeries. Dr Tadrissi was investigated over his actions in 2009 and sanctioned by the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners in 2010.
The TMZ article appears to have been written with two specific intentions; the first, to suggest that Jackson was reckless when it came to drugs -- particularly anesthetic, an overdose of which caused his death in June 2009 -- and the second, to suggest that he was a bad father, ordering his then six-year-old child to undergo a procedure involving the 'risky' use of general anesthetic. In actuality, the facts and evidence demonstrate neither point.
Describing the use of anesthetic on a child during oral surgery as a 'risky medical treatment' is utterly inaccurate and entirely irresponsible. According to the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry's (AAPD) website, "General anesthesia can be helpful for children requiring significant surgical procedures." Jackson's son required two hours of dental surgery. The AAPD website also states that, "general anesthetic can be used safely and effectively when administered by an appropriately-trained individual in an appropriately-equipped facility." This brings me neatly to my next point.
According to TMZ's own version of events, which purports to be taken from internal documents, Dr Tadrissi told Jackson he wasn't able to administer anesthetic – so Jackson instructed the doctor to bring in a qualified anesthesiologist.
According to a legal document obtained by SawfNews.com -- a Stipulation Agreement filed by the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners in March 2010 -- Dr Tadrissi did exactly that, hiring a 'Nevada licensed anesthesiologist' to administer anesthetic during Jackson's own surgery. His son's surgery is not mentioned in the Stipulation Agreement, but there is no evidence to suggest that Dr Tadrissi's actions differed when treating the boy.
This confirmation that Dr Tadrissi hired a licensed anesthesiologist renders some segments of TMZ's article entirely fictitious, not least it's incredibly misleading headline, 'MJ Pushed Dr. To Improperly Give Son Anesthesia'. The anesthetic wasn't given by the doctor and it wasn't given improperly. Moreover, Jackson didn't push the doctor to administer anything. By TMZ's own admission, Jackson specifically asked for a professional anesthesiologist.
The article's first line is also fictitious, stating that, "Michael Jackson subjected one of his children to the same risky medical treatment that eventually killed him." Jackson died in his home after his personal doctor -- not a qualified anesthesiologist – self-confessedly administered anesthetic unnecessarily and did so without any of the necessary accompanying equipment. Conversely, in 2008 Jackson allowed a licensed anesthesiologist to sedate his son using the correct equipment in a dentist's clinic for necessary surgery. The situations aren't remotely comparable.
Once you strip TMZ's scoop of its inaccuracy and hyperbole, here's what you're left with; in 2008, Michael Jackson took his son to a dentist, who told Jackson that his son required a two-hour-long surgical procedure and would need to be anesthetized. Jackson asked the dentist to hire a licensed anesthesiologist. The dentist complied. The boy was sedated under the correct circumstances and monitored by a professional throughout his surgery. In other words, Jackson behaved like any other parent, allowing his child to undergo necessary medical treatment but first ensuring that it was to be done properly.
By wrongly accusing Jackson of 'pushing' and 'cajoling' the dentist into conducting a 'risky medical treatment', TMZ implies that the dentist's care was somehow substandard or dangerous. This is untrue. Dr Tadrissi did not stand accused of endangering his patients, giving substandard care or any other form of incompetence. He simply allowed a licensed anesthesiologist to sedate a patient in his clinic without the correct permit.
So for all TMZ's sensationalism -- which would have you believe that Dr Tadrissi is some sort of Dr Feelgood, dishing out anesthetic like lollipops -- his only real mistake was one akin to selling a few bottles of Wild Turkey out of one's garage without first acquiring a liquor license. Aside from covering the cost of the investigation ($2750), Tadrissi was simply required to complete eight hours of education (four on ethics, four on record keeping) and take a jurisprudence exam.
Through misleading and at times wholly inaccurate wording, TMZ has spun a bureaucratic misdemeanor into an exaggerated tale of medical malpractice and maniacally irresponsible parenting. The timing is suspicious; Dr Conrad Murray has just been ordered to stand trial for the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson and the media's coverage of both the singer and his physician could significantly impact potential jurors' views on the star's death between now and the trial. By twisting the facts in order to portray Jackson as a deranged diva who demanded the 'risky' use of anesthetic on himself and his six-year-old son, TMZ paints a picture of a man who could very easily have bullied his physician into giving him anesthetic or even have administered it to himself.
TMZ's sensationalistic story about Jackson's trips to the dentist is especially irresponsible given that the website is now seen by many as a go-to spot for news on the star. Ever since the site was the first media outlet in the world to break the news of Jackson's death (although many fans have labeled this a fluke, claiming that the site announced Jackson's death long before it was even called at the hospital) the website has achieved a level of popularity, recognition and perceived credibility which it had never before seen. Already, dozens of other websites have replicated TMZ's story and many more will almost certainly follow suit. In an industry plagued by 'copy and paste' journalism TMZ should take more care to ensure that its journalism is both fair and accurate. Neither can be said for yesterday's story.

YOU have touched on something that, I think, many fans have wished--the ability to have some legal standing so they could take actions that would cause a lot of the exploitation/lies/abuse of Michael Jackson to stop. Alas, our hands are tied.
What we will see from this trial, based on what AEG is requesting, will be a picture of Michael that the media has pushed. It is the same picture that Muarry's team painted. In this instance, we have to blame greed and the persons who exhibit that greed. It was Greed that caused this case to be filed, and not the loss of a loved one.
It seems AEG is going to fight dirty, and are not concerned about who will be hurt in the process. They want to win, and to them, this method is the only way to have victory. This makes me think that AEG has no direct evidence to prove that they never told Muarry to give Michael the drug. If they did, they would simple use it as their main piece of evidence. Rather, they are showing that Michael was familiar with drugs and familiar with prof, so based on his pattern he was the person who requested the drug that killed him. I guess the only other way is to have Muarry testify that AEG never told him to give Michael prof, and we all know that would not happen.
We all remember Muarry's defense opening statement on what they would prove. Although, they never proved it, and worse did not have evidence to back it up, the statement was replayed all over the radio in California--even in the car I took from the court to the airport on the first day of trial. I can't imagine any juror would expect aeg to have this type of evidence. It would be a bizarre thing for aeg to say to mj's doctor, by the way don't anesthtise mj every night. It's totally beyond the normal boundaries of what people expect a doctor would be doing to a patient. Maybe a few fans/insiders might have known about previous use of propofol on the history tour (?) but it was certainly not common knowledge and you couldn't really expect aeg to know. AEG's defence is quite clear cut, it's the prosecution's case that is unfathomable.

AEG has to filed a motion to compel Taunya Zilkie. Taunya has been deposed for 5 hours on May 16 but her lawyer had 360 objections and Taunya refused to answer many questions. Currently Taunya is refusing to continue her deposition. She didn't also provide some documents such as copies of emails about Michael etc, even though she was requested. AEG is asking the judge to order her to sit down for the continuance of her deposition, order her to answer questions and make her pay monetary sanctions at least $20,000.
Summary of the motion
- AEG lawyers say Taunya has publicly declared them guilty of Michael's death - AEG has copies of tweets of Taunya dated February 2011.
- Taunya twice failed to appear for her deposition (on April 10 and May 1), finally her deposition started on May 16.

Taunya says her understanding is that Carol was giving drugs to Grace who gave them to Michael.
