I hate lip syncing as much as the next person but the HIStory Tour wasn't all bad. So what things did you enjoy about the HIStory Tour

Personally i enjoyed

.In The Closet being included in the setlist
.MJ's robotic dance moves during Stranger In Moscow
Smooth Criminal is always great
.MJ's dancing at the end of the Off The Wall Medley was awesome
.The end dance to Billie Jean was fantastic. The best he ever did it out of all the tours in my opinion
.Blood On The Dance Floor sounded awesome. The live version is alot more funkier than the album version
.The live performance of Dangerous

I liked the introduction to the tour, like that promo video where he's on a roller coaster.

The Off The Wall Medley.

Billie Jean.

I would say that my favorite moment would have been BOTDF.

I am not the biggest fan of the HIStory era and this is my least favorite of the tours but, it did have some stand-out moments.

I like the things that were mention above. But my most favorite thing about the HIStory Tour is Michael's gold pants. Sorry but I just had to mention them. It was because of those gold pants why the HIStory Era is my number 1 favorite MJ era. Which probably explains the 5 HIStory Concerts that I have.

HIStory deserved a better setlist but still, it would be the best tour if he had done without playback

My first answer was The GOLD pants :heat: They really showed :heat:

Apart from been 'blinding' by what was 'hidden' in the GOLD pants

I LOVE the beginning video and then the rocket crashing through the stage... That was for me the BEST Intro ever...

I have been to 6 HIStory concerts and yep, I  them.

Indeed, In the closet was 'neatly' squeezed into the routine :heat:

Billie Jean was the TOP moment I loved how Michael sat a few minutes on his suitcase in Belgium... Just soaking up the energy... Before weaving his magic... Billie Jean is Michael at his BEST...

I also love the 'magic trick' in Black and white where Michael 'disappears' and for minutes you hear the sounds of choppers... It was really scary but scary can be FUN too...

I loved "Earth song" with the full size tank rolling on stage and Michael was 'touched' with all our BOOOHHing to the soldier popping out and pointing his gun at Michael... Awwww moment...

I also Loved Beat it... Michael almost giving me a heart attack when he decides to fully hang out out of the crane in Amsterdam... What a strength he has in his arms... Dare devil :tease:

You are not alone performance. I love how he recreates the recording on the album, because if it weren't for a Michael, we wouldn't know a catalogue of the greatest written songs of all time. His dancing and how he accomodated it. His singing. I heard singing. And his ability to configure things so he developed the maximum impact.(like the process of writing a song and how some people think that a person who can't play instruments is not a good songwriter, the configuration of a performance shouldn't be put in a box, either. Art's greatness is in it's ability to invent itself, over and over again. And Michael epitomized that better than anyone I have ever seen.) His Billie Jean dance. Dangerous performance. BOTDF. Basically, I loved everything about the tour.

*The James Brown dance moves, as always.

*Some performances (Billie Jean, Jackson 5 medley, WBSS, Smooth Criminal, Beat It). Lol at the backup singer selling hot dogs at the end of Beat It, haha ! :)

*Some women in the audience were very very cute. A++ cute.

- The GOLD PANTs

- Opening with rocket, opening medley and sets

- Michael being more open, playful and interactive with the audience - bug, this juice, chasing a mop for example lol

- BOTDF, Earth Song & Come Together

His dancing,Earth Song performance-I love how he tell us not to use weapon, the bug

At 8:15 he tells us not to use weapon

Wanna Be Startin Somethin and Jackson 5 Medley were the best parts because Michael sang them live. Dangerous, Smooth Criminal and Billie Jean performances were also great.

Opening video? Seriously? That goes on for WAY too long. I love this tour and don't agree with the hate it gets. One of my favourite shows would be a HIStory show. I always linked the flying off ending with crashing through the floor in a spaceship for some reason but they probably aren't linked! :D

But favourite moments: Billie Jean, Scream TDCAU (that whole sha-bang), Smooth Criminal, Dangerous, Blood, Earth Song, OTW medley.

I was dissapointed that Michael dropped the Off The Wall Medley on the 2nd leg of the tour. Yeah, i know that people complained about the lip syncing on it but i thought it gave a nice nod to the Off The Wall album which was nice

The amour he wears when he came out of the rocket, he looks so hot in it. :dribble:
The whole TDCAU.
The GOLD PANTS obviously. :naughty:
The amount of cool impressive coreograhy, I think he danced more than in the previous tours.
Billie Jean is my favorite version from all the tours.
YANA.
He interacted more with the audience/the bug.
Earth Song.
Dangerous.

Oh, I'd have to start with the concert ticket. It was the coolest thing I had ever seen - a real statement ticket.
To tell you the truth, as a teenager, I wasn't much interested in the gold pants back then. That came later :cheeky:

Now to the show:
- loved the Off the Wall medley - the way he's dancing with the mike during Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough
- his hair, his energy, the live parts and the ad-libs during Beat It
- Come Together and D.S. in the red jacket
- at the end, before History, he seemed (and I hope he really was) so genuinely happy and still full of energy

- some new robotic and pointing moves in Billie Jean ending dance like spine breaking and others
- slightly more refined dancing (still in Dangerous tour he has almost reached HWT precise brilliance anyway, difference why in HWT he seems to be more perfect is because during Dangerous tour he did the song live and tempo was faster and he was doing moves faster as well since he was younger and had more of energy)
- SIM, YANA, Earth Song, Come Together added to setlist
- I guess that's it. I don't like HWT LOL :p I could write whole paragraph of minuses about this tour..

Everything except the lipsynching. And then and there in the stadium that didn't even matter. It was a great show from beginning to end.
The beginning until ITC was my favourite part of the show. The best opening sequence of any of his tours. Also Billie Jean got more epic from show to show. I saw 21 shows on that tour and had the time of my life.

:dropdead:

I love you! I love you more how about that. No! i can beat that, I love you most:love:

I loved all of it to be frank. Espeicaly "The old songs"- Jackson 5 medley. Also BOTDF and History

If anyone wants to see one of the better HIStory Tour shows then you should definatly check out the Brunei concert. Michael's energy was on top form during that show and it may have been the most energetic he's been throughout the entire HIStory Tour. Also the first verse of Scream is sung live during this show

I adore Manila concert and Munich too. He is just great...I have no words. And of course I adore the beatbox at BJ.

The best moments at the Tour were THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT US, STRANGER IN MOSCOW and of course BILLIE JEAN. And because I'm female, I love the GOLD PANTS! *lol*
HIStory Tour was sexier than DANGEROUS Tour...

Gold pants, gold pants.. What do they have to do with a good concert, a performance? I mean, even if he's just standing there and barely moving or being worst live vocal shape ever, it's amazing because it has gold pants.. They're just some damn pants to me lol. Sorry, I can't understand what's so spectacular about them.

His interaction with the crowd.
His "angry/sick" voice during WBSS.
You Are Not Alone & Earth Song.
HIStory's Billie Jean being my favorite live performance of the song.

When he walked to the edge of the stage and was right by me and he smiled, blew a kiss and waved. I like to think it was personal but my friend likes to tell me otherwise. LOL
