This is so sad. Hope it's not as bad as it looks (she did call for help from what I read), but it has to be taken very seriously.

I hope she gets the right help and feels better soon and comes over this.

Why do so many people want her to be with Debbie? It appears that Debbie is leaking information and photos to tabloids like TMZ as well, and she wasn't present in her daughter's life until recently. If Paris moves in with Debbie, what about Prince and Blanket?

The way she is living, she is already dead. She has no life to live for her own and she probably wants it all to end and be with her dad in heaven. Out of everyone ive seen after Michael died, she looked the most saddened. This is so sad, i hope she pulls through like her dad did in times like this. I hope she knows that we'll always be there :(

Anything money. That phrase describes the Jackson clan. I've always been a fervent critic of them, but I'm secretly hopeful that they will turn around since they are taking care of Michael's children, but time and time again they prove the familiar phrase - Anything for money. I bet you anything they didn't think for one millisecond at how this lawsuit could affect the children, all they thought about is the MONEY they would be making- soooooo selfish. Those children have to relive this tragedy all over again, and testify??? Amazing how this family NEVER thought of their feelings and how it could harm them. Those kids went through the Murray trial which was justifiable, but hurtful for the children too. And now Murray is in prison. Justice was done. Now, this family wants more - anything for money. :beee:

I pray for these children. I'm hoping that Debbie spends more time with Paris. I think Paris needs more bonding time with her mom. Debbie seems to be genuine, I don't see her suing for money over everything and anything.

I guess something is very very wrong. Maybe she reconnected with Debbie because she had problems at home? who knows.

It's very obvious what they are trying to do, take advantage of this incident to force AEG to settle . If you know how does she feel why continue with the lawsuit ? is it really worth it? the kids are already loaded with money

Paris Jackson was taken to a nearby hospital early Wednesday morning, after reportedly harming herself.

The pressure of testifying in the high-stakes legal showdown over Michael Jackson’s death drove Paris Jackson to attempt suicide by slitting her wrist, sources close to the family told the Daily News.

The King of Pop’s only daughter is due to take the stand by the end of the month in the wrongful-death lawsuit pitting the Jackson family against the promoter of his doomed run of concerts, AEG. But the worldwide attention and the millions of dollars on the line were too much for the 15-year-old Jackson, a source said.

"She's just a wreck. She was getting more and more emotional about having to take the stand as the day gets closer,” the source told The News. “This is a plea for help. She is broken.”


Paris Jackson tweeted that an argument had escalated - though she did not say with whom.

That source, in addition to another insider, said that Paris cut one of her wrists early Wednesday following a series of ominous tweets.

But the legal source scoffed at the notion that Jackson was forced into a courtroom battle the teenager was not mentally capable of handling.

“She wanted to testify. She willingly gave her deposition under subpoena by AEG and was graceful and articulate,” the legal source said. “She thinks these people (AEG) killed her father!"

Now, it’s unlikely Jackson will be called to the stand by her family’s lawyers — though AEG has her on a list of witnesses, as well.

"The plaintiff's side wouldn't even consider putting her in harm's way," the legal source said.


Debbie Rowe received a visit from police investigators to speak about daughter Paris Jackson on Wednesday.

But Jackson may have knowledge key to determining whether AEG was negligent in hiring Michael Jackson — and his drug-pushing doctor, Conrad Murray.

“What she has got to say is going to contradict and embarrass a lot of people,” the source said. “She is going to call out a lot of people. Michael told her a lot of things about the people involved. The weight of her testimony was taking its toll."


Paris Jackson and her brothers are currently in the care of their grandmother, Katherine Jackson.

Court documents have shown that the promoters of the tour were concerned with Jackson’s mental state during preparation for the 2009 run of concerts in London.

Lawyers for the Jackson family did not dispute the notion that the loss of her father was a major factor in the incident.

Paris Jackson posted a series of eyebrow-raising tweets Tuesday night.

“Being a sensitive 15-year-old is difficult no matter who you are. It is especially difficult when you lose the person closest to you,” said family attorney Perry Sanders. “Paris is physically fine and is getting appropriate medical attention.”

Another lawyer, who did not wish to be identified by name, echoed that sentiment.

"She's suffered with the loss of her father," the lawyer said. "But we don't know what she was exposed to that precipitated this."

Jackson doesn't mention who or what she's referring to in her series of tweets.

The latest shockwave to rock the Jackson family began at 1:27 a.m. when LA County firefighters were called to the Calabasas mansion where the teen lives with her grandmother, Katherine Jackson, for “a possible overdose.”


A spokesman for the Fire Department, Inspector Scott Miller, did not have further information regarding the nature of Jackson’s injuries.


“I don't know if there were any self-inflicted injuries,” Miller told the Daily News.

Speculation spread like a California wildfire throughout the afternoon regarding how Jackson hurt herself and what drove her to do it.

TMZ initially reported Jackson, 15, had cut her wrists multiple times before being wheeled out of her home on a stretcher, thrown in an ambulance and taken to a nearby hospital.

The website also reported that Jackson used a meat cleaver to slice her wrist and that she left a suicide note.

Jackson also called a suicide hot line, which resulted in the operator calling 911, TMZ reported.

Jackson’s biological mother, Debbie Rowe, told Entertainment Tonight that Jackson remains hospitalized and that she has had "a lot going on."

Messages on Jackson's Twitter account Tuesday and Wednesday suggested the teenager was distressed.


Around the time of the incident she posted lyrics to the Beatles song "Yesterday."

"Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away now it looks as though they're here to stay," she wrote.

Before that, Jackson tweeted "I wonder why tears are salty?" and "omg… that conversation escalated quickly."


Michael Jackson’s only daughter was taken out of her Calabas home on a stretcher, TMZ reports.

A TMZ source close to the teenager also suggested Jackson has attempted suicide "in the past" but added that this time it was "far more serious."

"It was not a cry for help," said the source.

I'll say it again, there is way too much focus on who to blame. Seems like many fans have gone from "keep her away from Debbie" to "please let Debbie have her kids"..... we know very little but we act like we know so much. There is no doubt that there are issues within the Jackson family, in because of their name and there fame their issues seems bigger than other families. I would say that there issues are probably as big as others, just different, and because they are who they are we all feel like we know everything and want to point finger as soon as something happens.

I don't know what's best for the children, I'm not gonna act like I do. Maybe it's Mrs Jackson, maybe someone else in the family, maybe it's Debbie, but at this very point all that matters is that Paris gets well and that's the only think my thoughts and prays are gonna be focused on.

Paris Jackson's Relationship With Mom Debbie Rowe Caused "Falling Out" With Brother Prince

Paris Jackson was apparently alone in her desire to rebuild a relationship with her mother, Debbie Rowe.

Sources exclusively tell E! News that, while grandmother Katherine Jackson has reluctantly supported the idea, her older brother, Prince Michael, has "wanted nothing to do with it" and his lack of support has led to a rift between him and his younger sister, who was hospitalized this morning after an alleged suicide attempt.

"It's been a very difficult time," says one source. Paris "has wanted [Rowe] in her life...She's a young girl and having a female mother figure has been something she has desired for as long as she can remember, but it has caused problems in the family. Katherine has not been overly happy about it, but she understands that this is what Paris needs and she would not want to stand in her way."

Prince, however, doesn't get it, the source adds.

"Prince has not wanted anything to do with Debbie," the insider says. "He does not understand why Paris is so intent on rebuilding the relationship. He does not feel a bond with Debbie and feels like it would betray Katherine in some way."

The source says: "It has caused some problems between Paris and Prince. It's a very personal choice for both of them and they do not see eye to eye on it at all." But, we're told, "Paris has believed from the start that it is something that Prince will come around to, that he will change his mind as he gets older."

Such has not been the case yet, however. A Jackson family source tells us that Paris has been having a "tough time" with her brother because of her rekindled relationship with their mom.

"It has caused major fighting between them and a falling out" and Paris has felt "confused and alone," the family source says.

"She feels if anyone would understand her wanting to have a relationship with her mom, it would be Prince."

An attorney for Rowe told E! News today: "We appreciate everyone's thoughts for Paris at this time and their respect for the family's privacy."

I doubt the lawsuit has much to do with it. She is one of the plaintiffs who chose to bring the case and is voluntarily testifying. Seems more like a personal issue. Either way, no one person or incident can be blamed because we don't know the full story and likely never will. It should be a private matter.

I feel so sad for her.

She is a beautiful, smart, rich teenager - she should not have to worry about lawsuits and accusations about her father, nor should she worry about the press and papparazzi! - It's so very very sad.

She should have a great time with her brothers and family and friends!

It's like a Jackson family tragedy - they get their childhood taken away and gets lots of worries and obligations instead! - sad sad sad. :no: :no:

I really hope that Paris will feel better and the family will learn from this. She is sensitive and has a lot on her mind. They need to give her all the love and comfort they can and make sure she is protected from the media. And maybe that means not allow her to have twitter, instagram etc. etc.

They need to have their main focus on the children! The money lawsuits etc. can come second, third and last! The children are already loaded! But what good is that if they are miserable? Better poor and happy than rich and suicidal! :no: :no:

The kids didn't choose anything. It was already established that Katherine made the decision as their guardian.

The proof is that she is one of the paintiffs. That's how a lawsuit works. The plaintiffs bring it against the defendants. Nice try at dodging my question though.

The children have to agree to be plaintiffs. They can't be forced. Nobody knows what was discussed between Kj and the children in the bringing about of this lawsuit but they are all plaintiffs.

It's not obvious. You can't blame the home situation without knowing the facts. Otherwise you may as well say thay every child who attempts suicide should be removed from their home.
