Lets pretend this did happen, and parents never gave permission for their son to skip school... Would the not have noticed!? Are parents not notified sometime during that week when their children has failed to attend school or even in the same country for that matter? Parents would surely know about this quite early on if this was happening, and would not let it continue.

Yeah, for Robson the problem for Safechuck is also: how to accuse Michael without implicating his parents. It's impossible. There is also that story that Dimond cited from LaToya who said in 1994 she and her mother discovered a canceled check of $1 million once that was payable to the father of one of MJ's young friends. She said the father was a garbage collector, so that makes it look like it was Jimmy (his father is a garbage collector). The insinuation of the story of course is that it was some kind of pay-off or hush money. (What else could it be when it comes to MJ, right? :smilerolleyes:)

Now, when did Michael last live with LaToya and his mother? LaToya ran off with Jack Gordon around 1987-88 and Michael too moved out of Encino to Neverland around that time. So IF it ever happened at all this would have taken place in about '87-'88. But we have photos of Michael with Jimmy up until 1994. So how did this "pay-off" happen? The parents learnt MJ molested their kid, he paid them $1 million and then they let the relationship and molestation continue until 1994?

There is no way these men can accuse MJ without seriously implicating their parents! I don't think they realize that. Wade sure doesn't seem to realize that in his lawsuit.

I'd love to say that Mac would never do that, but sadly at this point I don't trust anyone when it comes to Michael.

this is just so messed up. why cant these liars leave michael alone? now all the focus is going to be on this mess instead of the album.

then we have the hologram this sunday and now it's tainted by this crap.

and these liars always pull this mess when things are going good for michael. they know exactly what they are doing.

I personally don't think Mac will stoop that low. There is a picture of him only last year wearing a MJ t-shirt.

the worry that others might see this as an easy way to get millions, is exactly why this case needs to be battled. Dont send out the message that accusing Mj equals moneyl
I hope the estate is busy preparing for a fight.

Only in msj world can someone claim they only realised mj died six months ago and even more ridiculous they claim they didnt know that child rape etc was child abuse until they got into their 30's. id be laughing if it was so pathetic. then again i guess they need an excuse as to why they were hanging around mj for years after the abuse and spent decades defending him. Only in the usa does crap like this be allowed to be perpertrated (sp)

yup. If you're telling the truth, all you need is make your claim and sit back and let the system do its job,
But the mere fact that you need Diane Demon and other sleazy tabloid sites to go public with the contents of your sealed claim speaks volumes. Why seal it if you're so keen on telling everybody about the concents? Scare tactic, nothing more, nothing less. And on the day of the cd release too? Too predictable :lol:

when will the sealed doc be available in the court system? Yes, i know we cant see the content, - but when will we be able to see that it has in fact been filed?

It's impossible that he wasn't.

Authorities approached every boy who spent time with MJ in 1993 and Jimmy was someone with whom MJ hang out very publicly and some of those low-life ex-employees of MJ mentioned him. It's just not possible that authorities somehow missed him.
Also Dimond says in her own article that he always denied it until he saw Wade on TV last year.

It's almost 100% he testified in 1994, and he spoke to them in 2003-2005 again to deny it. Harvey Levin also claimed to track his family down and claimed they'd denied ever being paid off and denied it again, the mother spoke to him and Levin made it sound like she was upset by all the news around it and how they had to be involved again - I've always felt like that family had perhaps felt burdened by the MJ association at that point. The father isn't supposed to be very nice either.


MJ forced Safechuck to be available for him on tour? The family clearly wanted to be there - if you watch all of the Bad tour footage with Safechuck, his mother is always with him.

I know, I know. I just wanted to know if we are sure 100% we can't find any words from Safechuck on MJ. Not even in the 90s.

The funny thing is, LaToya's words will hurt this situation in the end or if it goes to court.

Because people will say, "So she lied about this for money in 1993?" Already a lie about Safechuck has been presented by someone claiming knowledge, only to admit it was fabricated.

There is a second-hand report in a book, quoting the Sun newspaper. (tabloid, I know).
'By late November 93 , now aged fourteen, Jimmy had spent two hours answering questions put by the Grand Jury at Santa Barbara about his relationship with Michael*.' The same report mentions the Rolls Royce apparently given to his father by MJ.

Apparently when the Sunday Times phoned the (Safechuck) family for information, they were referred to 'MJ's people', not their own lawyer.

*He was presented to the Jury as a potential key witness in the case.

OK. That's the only "proof" (coming from 'The Sun') that Safechuck AT LEAST has spoken to the police. It's something :/.

I always found WEIRD Jimmy Safechuck's silence all over the years. I think something happened with MJ and he shutted him and his familiy out of his life.

Yeah, MJ had a tendency to shut out people instead of confronting them over any issues he had with them. Like in that video with the son of Glenda Stein you can feel how upset he was that MJ suddenly stopped calling them and shut them out. He didn't say why and made it look like it had no reason, but of course if they did something to him they would not boast about it. Like, what if MJ found out about the fact that they taped his calls? He just couldn't confront people, his way of handling conflicts was to shut people out. And that left a lot of people butthurt about him.

The family denied being bought a home or anything by MJ in 2005 to Harvey Levin.

So aged 14, 2 years after the abuse, he gave 2 hours of testimony about his relationship to MJ, with nothing useful for the prosecution there.

I'm not even going to dwell on this. This is just another stupid attempt to get money. Everytime a new MJ project comes out, here come the vultures. When it comes to celebrities, bulls-eye!

It's funny that Dimond and the estate both say the claims are almost identical.

Jordan and Gavin had both totally different versions of events from each other, and now from Wade and Safechuck.

We can't allow Diane Diamond ruin what we've been waiting for 4 years. That's exactly her plan. Look at her timing. To destroy Xscape.

So the best answer to her would be #1 on Billboard chart. To see that people are not that stupid and that no one is buying her crap.
