[Discussion] Sexual Abuse Claims Against MJ Estate - Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Jeezus, has it been month already since last Stacy B threw-up and the rent is due again?

I haven't clicked any of these tabloids and I only know the headlines, but I find this absolutely ridiculous that any tabloid (or non tabloid) even post this sort of garbage without thinking. Do they really think MJ found parents for over 20 kids that rather take money than press charges?
I know there are some rotten parents in the world who would do that, but what are the chances that all those rotten parents end up on Michael's way?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

This absurd story has even been published in 'The Times'. The media are always out to make Michael look guilty, many of the comments by readers who aren't fans are pathetic and ill informed. What a sick world we live in.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

yeah Entertainment Tonight is owned by the same folks as the NY POST right.. I didn't watch the report at all.. I flipped the channel.. They all know good and damn well that Sneddon investigated MJ along with the FBI and there is no proof whatsoever of no cash payouts.. They know it.. If there were Sneddon would've used it.

Yep. Sneddons slimy ass would of been hollering from the roof tops.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Yes, although I can't help but feel they could and should be doing more.

Yes, I agree. Frankly, they should hire a professional PR team or person to handle such issues. Now this is all over the news, in the mainstream media, not only tabloids and they treat it as if it's fact. Instead of Weitzman just making a comment on Entertainment Tonight they should issue an official statement and send it out to all media and demand them to publish it.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

We can only hope that they finish Wade, Safejunk and Stacy where it matters the most - court room.

Edited to add, as much as I hate to see MJ's name dragged through the tabloids, I think it is better that the estate attorneys keep whatever they have under the wraps until it is time to act. I don't want them to go on war in tabloids and reveal any ammo they have against those creeps.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I do not see any one hardly covering this story other than tabloid sites. I think at this point most people are sick of these stories on MJ. I think we give haters too much credit. With all the things that have been said abou MJ since death, MJ is stil loved and celebrated. Just yesterday, the Rolling Stone story about the false rape claim took most of the headlines. The ONLY few people who will love to read these lies on MJ are haters-and they are going to hate no matter what. We all have haters, not just MJ. In the eyes of MOST people who do hear this story (most folk do not care), this is no more than bothering a man who is no longer here.

From Safechuck's declaration:

35076l5.jpg

So he went to Robson's lawyer in October 2013 to sue MJ's Estate for alleged sexual abuse (we know this from another part of his declaration), yet he did not realize until almost a year later that the alleged actions for why he went to a lawyer in the first place, are predatory and improper? This is almost as good as the Arvizos' timeline. Of course, you understand why he claims such a BS when you know that this is an attempt to get around statutes of limitations.

Exactly Terrell!!!

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Even with these made up 200m hush money the media is still not reporting Wade's lawsuit.

Stacy Brown will rot in hell

Because they know he's a liar and they are well aware of his 25 years of praising MJ and also testifying under oath at a criminal trial for the same thing he's now accusing him of. How can this fool testify at a criminal trial for molestation and then claim 7 years later that he had no idea what molestation was and he wasn't aware he was molested until his therapist convinced him of it?

during an totally unrelated event few years ago where one/few tabloids had a negative story, I had asked the Online Team why they weren't releasing an official statement. They told me if they release a statement it would get published with a reference to the original negative story and they did not want to contribute to spreading of the original negative story by adding to it.

I think this is their logic in other situations as well. they might be preferring to stay it as a tabloid story, rather than responding to it and putting it on the radar of mainstream media.

So let me dumb it down for myself. I’m suing for sexual abuse, but I don’t knowwhat sexual abuse is.

I understand that in certain case which otherwise do not get traction. But there are certain cases like this one or the similar FBI files claims in 2013 which are spreading like wild fire. It's not just in tabloids. It's getting reported as fact in broadsheets as well. I think a PR team is also good for weighing when it's needed that these stories are addressed in a statement and when it's not worth.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I suspect the mainstream media is already fully aware of it. They just aren't going with it.

In this case I have seen the story on a number of non-tabloid websites, unfortunately. The good thing is that the majority of the comments under it are in favour of MJ though.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

MSN has an advertisement for Entertainment Tonight on their site. They are running with the $200 million in hush money story.

The more silent everyone stays the greater the chances of it spreading and growing more than it already has. It's not hard for rumour to become accepted as fact. Someone, aside from the fans, has to start defending the man himself. Which, I think their seriously dropping the ball on.

Even though I hate that there is no defence to MJ, their stance makes sense. By replying SB garbage, they would give more attention to it and it would give validation to SB garbage.

We just have to learn to put up with SB as we already done with mother of all the b...es DD.

Cases are won in the court room not in the press. The important thing is to get this crapt hrown out. The media have never been fair to Michael don’t expect them to start now. Focus on court proceedings not what some desperate assholes think

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Every couple of years the tabloids regurgitate the same BS and just change the figures. A couple of years ago it was 20 victims at $35M now it is still 20 victims but $200M. Robson's lawyers should know better than to rely on the media for "facts" Even the tabloid Queen Diane Demon called BS on it LOL

One thing is certain he cannot rest in peace. He had none while he was alive and won't find any even in peace.

'Recycled tabloid reports'
"None of this is new -- zero -- and there was no FBI involvement," said CNN Special Investigations reporter Drew Griffin. "It just sounds like recycled tabloid reports from 20 years ago."

Griffin saw and reported on the same material more than a decade ago as a local Los Angeles reporter.

"The bottom line is this stuff was not in the FBI files," said Tom Mesereau, the lawyer who successfully defended Jackson against child molestation charges in a lengthy trial in 2005. "The FBI closed the investigation. It sounds like a bunch of utter nonsense."

Journalist Diane Demon, who is no defender of the pop icon, also attacked the Sunday People article.

"It is obvious the paper took this old story and proceeded to make it seem new by adding numbers to it -- 24 boys paid off $35 million by Michael Jackson," Demon said. "The problem is there's no evidence to back up the claim that Jackson made that many payoffs."

I suspect the mainstream media is already fully aware of it. They just aren't going with it.

 I wonder why that is. Could it be they are finally aware such silly lies are without any merit whatsoever?

Did I just read that Ms. Diane Diamond herself somehow defended Michael? Did hell just froze over or something? Wow, this is completely amazing. I wonder what other miracles can happen.........

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Sorry those who say the estate need not to comment on this article to not bring attention to it are really delusional. The claims are running all over the world and being reported as UNDISPUTED FACTS by news channels. Keep convincing yourself it has no value. Yes cases are won in courts by releasing a statement pointing out how ridiculous and discredited the claims are , emphasizing that the source is a creepy tabloid reporter would at least make people think twice.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

^^Because Stacy Brown is mentally ill person and there are still some media outlets with dignity.

On different note, i was reading someones twitter and found this, proof that Stacy is certifiable (officially recognized as needing treatment for mental disorder)
