Can anybody give me a short summary of the Robson case? How are these things connected? Why is his legal team so desperate at the moment? Are there any court hearings/decisions to be made in the near future?

To be honest, I thought nothing would come out of those allegations and a possible trial, so I didn't follow the news.

Robson case is in the summary judgement phase. During this phase the biggest question is still if Robson filed within the statutes of limitations. To be within the statutes of limitations he has to prove that MJ's companies (since he is suing MJ's two companies MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures) knew about his or other kids' alleged abuse by MJ and didn't take steps to prevent it for example by placing the alleged molester in positions where he cannot meet children. Obviously for the last part they have to prove that the companies were in the position to do anything against MJ, which is hard to do since MJ was the sole owner of the companies. He was the boss, so no one at the companies was in any position to order him to do or not do anything. But this is what is in dispute now, but for a couple of months now we don't see where the case stands, because the Judge was moved to another Court house, took the case with him and the documents are not scanned into the system any more.

I think there is a relationship between this media blitz and the Robson case - absolutely. The PDF that was posted by Radar Online has handwritten notes on it and has other additions, which seem to be notes and speculations by someone on how to use this material to create new theories - eg. using the drugs (Precocet) that was found at NL to say MJ was a sex addict, or nonsense like "Are You Scared Yet? Ha! Ha!" that was printed on one of the photos they found was some sexual code message to frighten children into bed. (Whoever wrote that BS probably doesn't know it's a line from Ghosts. LOL.) We also know that Radar Online is close to the Robson team. So it is safe to say they gave this PDF to them to stir something in the media. Why? I think it can be to try to force a settlement and/or it can be to try to create an atmosphere where potential jurors or witnesses at a trial or at depositions would already be prejudiced against MJ. These are underhanded tactics and I wish they would be exposed for it. People who think they have the truth don't rely on such desperate and manipulative tactics and it is highly unethical too.

I don't know if the timing is because something important is going on in the court case or simply because of June 25. They have already did curious timings with BS like this in the past. For example Safechuck's allegation was carefully timed to interfere with the release of Xscape. That was clearly deliberate too, because they had Safechuck's case months before, they actually ran out of statutes of limitations because they waited so much. Plus the case was filed on a Friday and by Monday Diane Dimond wrote a long article about it - that's only possible if they leaked it to her because a new filing doesn't appear in the electronic court system that quickly. Xscape came out that Tuesday. So it was carefully timed.

But thing is nothing from Robson or Safechuck's cases ever made big waves in the media. They never managed to create a big hype with that. However they manage to do it with inflammatory and manipulative BS like this. The other example was the Mirror's fake FB files BS to which interestingly Robson's lawyer reacted immediately. That doesn't prove they orchestrated it, but I wouldn't be surprised. And now this - I am more certain this is from Robson's camp because of the nature of the additions and handwritten notes in the PDF. And because Radar is the mouthpiece for Robson's team for a while. Also one of the notes in the PDF was "Zonen is retired now, but he is willing to help" - something like this. And now you see Zonen doing his media rounds with this BS story. It seems to be planned and by Robson's team.

Honestly they are twisting and exaggerating these documents and images beyond belief. How do you take a regular closet with regular closet items and turn it into a "secret sex closet?" Much less legal art books and turn it into child porn. An artist creates a book filled with surrealistic and edgy photography. In this book a single image of a fish is shown in a basin and they call it animal torture. I am so annoyed with how they have twisted everything.

This is intentional. There is no ifs about it. Radar have done 4th story on MJ now. First the documents, then the Neverland Search images and videos. I'm also quite sure they timed it with June 25th too. The only thing I wonder if these are filed as exhibits in either Robson or Safechuck cases recently or not. Even we assume that they did, I still don't believe any coincidence. This is all intentional.

I find it funny that they're twisting this as child porn. Possession of that stuff gets you sent down. The man had the FBI and Interpol involved in the investigation, he would've been sent down if they could find something. They couldn't, so case closed. No "MJ money" involved. Does all of this look like the home of a man in his 40s? No, definitely not. I can see why people think it weird to have all these huge statues around etc. But there isn't anything wrong with it. It is wrong to twist it and accuse a man of an absolutely horrendeous crime. If this 'sex closet' existed, the court would have known it back when the trial took place. They wouldn't just let that go by and it would've been all over the news years ago.

What needs to happen now is a serious lawsuit against that website. Similar to what Hulk Hogan did after he was filmed illegally and this website called Gawker released it. They were hit by a huge fine and went bankrupt.

No, the difference is Estate cannot sue. First of all dead cannot be defamed. So no amount of libel, slander, defamation could result in a lawsuit. Second nothing they are posting is illegal. These are old documents already released and stuff added from internet. Search videos are publicly available for years on youtube as well. So they can't sue.

Hulk Hogan on the other hand was recorded in a bedroom (a private place) without his knowledge and the leaked footage was published without his permission. There were multiple laws broken there - hence a lawsuit.

It's one thing being critical of Estate but it's totally different ballgame of accusing of not doing certain things when they can't do them. In other words if they could have sued but didn't , you could criticize them. However they can't sue, it's impossible. Criticizing for them for something impossible to do is meaningless.

I see people compare them all the time not necessarily because they're black (though that may be a factor for some no doubt), but mostly because they're both "rich celebrities" who can apparently "pay their way out", have influence and all that crap yada yada.

No, what MJ did was used his money to defend himself from being put in prison for a crime he did NOT committ. Do you know how many men especially black men who are in prison for crimes they did not commit? A 18 year old guy who had a lazy court appointed lawyer just serve 10 years for rape which he did not do. If he had the money, he would not hae serve that time. also, You can NOT buy your way out of going to jail UNLESS you PAID the judge or pay the jury. Using your money to find out dirt and the tricks conartist are trying to do in order to get money from you and will allow you go to jail in order to think they can collect that money is NOT buying anything, it is making sure you get the right EVIDENCE that supports your innocence.

Youre completely right but I still believe the estate could and should do more. The statements were barely spread throughout the day and were very low key. If John Branca was accused of rape in the morning I'm sure he would use a stronger method.

The old "proved innocent in a court of law" isnt working. More people believe the lies each day that dont care about what the outcome of the case was. The fact is the lies regarding everything to do with the trial are much more accessible than the truth online.

Asking the fans not to acknowledge was a complete and utter cop out as far as Im concerned. Fight fire with fire. Counter act and try find out WHERE these OLD claims came from and WHY. Explain how this could be used to someone's advantage to use the "information" being reported.

Again, I think we give haters too much credit. Yes, this ticks me off but I do not believe most people care. The love for Mj is nailed in stone.
