It is crazy and Michael is not even here.

I do hope this end in summary judgement because it is clear that Wade and his lawyers plans are to do anything to force the Estate into a settlement so why waste the court time just end this mess.

I think it is safe to say that their attempted media blitz before Halloween fell flat :yes:

I knew that was going to be the case as I keep saying (and this does not count all the other parties going on about MJ that is not making the news). There are always going to be a few nuts to always trash Michael and everyone else but OVERALL, people do NOT care an MJ is still loved.

In the case updates my blog assumes the next technical step. it's complaint - demurrer - discovery - summary judgment - trial.

As for any legal strategies we need to wait and see.

With a new complaint the old complaint is moot. If the new complaint gets dismissed at any stage, it's over.

It's true, it totally tears their case apart. It destroys the entire prosecution's case in 2005. It craps on Gutierrez's book. It defeats every story which claimed MJ forced girls to leave his home and never interacted with them.

They can't have it both ways.

ESPECIALLY that this girl claims MJ wanted the boys to dress in girl's clothes to justify the abuse. Something nobody else has ever claimed.

So now MJ was into girl's who he mistook for boys but wanted to wear girl's dresses though he was really into boys and hated girls and nobody has ever mentioned this till now! You can't make this up.

The mandatory reporter thing is obviously junk and not supported by any law
relevant during the time period in question.
So what else do they have other than trying to fit in 340.1 (b)(2) somehow?

Same here i agree with you these stories are not adding up and if the judge keep given Wade and his lawyers amend that given them more time to build this case against a dead man Michael was removed form this lawsuit you can't sue a dead man. What are their missing here Michael is not here to defend himself.

Finaldi came into this thing with no perspective and believing every negative piece of tripe out there about MJ, He has no idea about the nutcases like this latest so called victim that he's immediately latched onto and how delusional they can be to the point of convincing a layman that what they say has some merit. So called MJ expert Diane Dimond went all the way to Canada in her heyday and with her television crew no less, believing the documents of a so called abuser who was really just a disgruntled MJ fan, and all his proof was MJ paraphernalia.

This new victim might even be one of MJ's serial stalkers who believed MJ actually fathered their children. It would be absolutely lovely if in all of Finaldi's "in depth" investigating it turned out this new victim was really MJ's infamous nutcase Billy Jean.

She was never in the US before that. She was never around Hayvenhurst.
She never said she got money from MJ, it wouldn't even make sense no money for molesting

Can't wait til they all fall on their face.

Dimond knew very well that story was bogus, she knew that Gutierrez was behind it, she knew
that Rodney Allen coached the boy and Allen got the info about NEverland and Encino from Gutierrez
who of course had Blanca Francia, Murdoch, McManus, Cachon, Abdool, Quindoys etc supplying
all the info he wanted about those places.

Scott Ross talked about Sgt. Robel going to Canada in a desperate attempt to find anyone who would
be wiling to accuse MJ. Sneddon knew about this everyone at the SBSD who were involved in the witch-hunt
against MJ knew about it.

Dimond just thought let's make a story that will make me look like a serious investigative journalist
who exposed a scam against MJ.

I don't think Finaldi or Manly believes this bullshit at all.
This is just the way they do business. Fish for accusers, lie to the media,
throw as much dirt at the defendants as possible.
They didn't think Egan was a victim either and said the most outlandish things in that case too.

Right now it is assigned to another judge but tuesday (Nov 1st) Estate filed notice of related cases. Which means they are trying to get the case assigned to Beckloff. That's what's going to happen probably.

I don't think Murray would be relevant at all and I don't see him being a witness in anything. First of all he's not credible, he is the person who went to prison for Michael's death. He also claimed Michael wanted to marry 12 year old girl. Finaldi's position on the other hand that Michael thought the tomboy girl was a boy and he loses interest in the "victims" when they hit puberty. So Murray's claims of wanting to marry a girly girl soon to hit puberty actually opposite of what these lawyers claim.

As everyone said it's not in the complaint, it's something Finaldi said during the radio interview. and as we said in the commentary he is probably just making it up. He tried to use Michael's unconventional looks and fashion to claim something was wrong with him.

you are tiring me with the same discussion for the 16,907th time. First of all I didn't say I think it will survive demurrer, I wrote the case procedure steps. So read better. Secondly surviving demurrer isn't that hard given that the judge needs to accept everything they claimed as true and no counter evidence can be introduced at a demurrer. So please stop asking the same questions.

if you mean this woman does not exist , no that's not the case. late sexual abuse claims requires the accuser to go and talk to a psychologist. plus all the photos, letters etc. This is not a woman who was created from thin air. This is most probably a girl who met and had some interaction with Michael and who was listed in the old case documents and that's how the lawyers found her.

Unlikely. Most "Billie Jeans" are older and their claims are quite well known. Michael had no interaction with them, and they never claimed anything like this.

Yes that's Jordan's current girlfriend and Siegel is a lawyer, of course Lilly is his sister. I mentioned it before. Someone is trying to depose them and they are either trying to seal the depositions and/or trying to stop them. Without the documents we cant say anything more.
