I don't recall George saying anything particularly negative about MJ directly, but he did throw shade less directly (without naming him specifically).

There are MJ’s fans that have been affected by a particular interview that George Michael gave to Steve Pafford.

That interview took place on June 13th (2005), but it was publicly posted by Pafford in 2013.

Both, during the interview, they watch the TV news while MJ’s verdict was being announced.

When George Michael heard the non-guilty verdict, he became furious.

“… No, f---ing way!... I don’t f---ing believe it. This is a travesty. Just how many people have been paid off?... “ (George Michael)

Personally, I am very sceptical about the authenticity of George Michael’s words in that interview (including the above ones).

The reason is that Pafford has been a very biased man against MJ & the way that entire interview is written (along with Pafford’s comments) just proves that for one more time.

I think he is one of the worst examples actually.... I think a lot of the hate towards MJ, comes from people like him.. like, they start it...! and then others hop along... urrrghhh Howard Stern is awful... Chris Evans refused to play Scream in 1995 on BBC Radio 1. [I think a Yorkshire DJ refuted this and played Scream, on loop, from 9am until 12pm].
Patsie Kensit, UK soap actress was on team Cocker during the BRITs too.
Bob Geldof said MJ wouldn't come out until he was called the King of Pop at the BRIT awards too.

Who did Michael talk to, that is on this list? If you find it silly, you can go ahead and support them... I personally don't like any of them anyway....
