I’m upset about this just as much as you, but it doesn’t mean I’m throwing in the towel. No way in hell that’s happening! You should know by now how the media is, I have since the late 90s. We got the truth on our side now, and we’re gonna keep pushing and pushing no matter how long it takes. This will not the end of Michael’s legacy, not by a long shot. Stop giving those articles any attention because that’s all they want: attention! The general public is not as stupid as you may think. Ohh thanks for this post, I totally agree with you I don’t know how long it will take but I’m sure that this nightmare will end once and for all, they went too far this time. It’s hard for all of us, sometimes we need to take a break from all this craziness but then, as you said, we have to push and push and push. It’s not over till it’s over.

Michael Jackson Accuser Tried to Sell Memorabilia Anonymously, Auction House Wouldn’t Allow It

Michael Jackson‘s most outspoken accuser symbolically burned some MJ memorabilia in “Leaving Neverland” but not before he sold off some other items years earlier … and he tried to do it on the down low.

In the final credits of the controversial documentary, Wade Robson can be seen burning a sequin glove and a jacket from the music video for “Thriller.” Director Dan Reed said in an interview with VICE that photographic evidence “suggests those were the real deal.”

Julien’s Auctions, who handled an auction of Jackson memorabilia in 2011, responded to a few fans questioning the validity of the items Robson burned. The auction house responded by saying, “Wade consigned his collection to us directly. He was the person who we paid when we sold his collection. He needed the money.”

They added, “Wade asked to remain anonymous and said that he did not want anyone to know that it was him selling it the items in 2011. But we did not agree to that and listed it as the Wade Robson collection. He consigned multiple items and wanted us to sell all items of his that had value.”

According to Julien’s website, they sold two items that Robson provided them: a pair of black spandex, fingerless forearm gloves from the music video for “Bad” and a fedora from the music video for “Smooth Criminal.”

The fedora sold for $49,920 and the gloves fetched $31,250.

It does not appear Robson ever put the “Thriller” items up for sale.

Sources close to estate tell Tbe Blast they believe this is more evidence that Wade Robson is doing this for monetary gain and he is not a true victim.

The estate for Michael Jackson filed a $100 million lawsuit against HBO last week for their decision to air the documentary. They argue that Jackson has a “longstanding contractual relationship” with HBO and believe there is a non-disparagement clause that was breached.

Robson and Dan Reed have both said that Robson was not paid for his appearance in the film.

EXACTLY THIS... I for one are not giving up on Michael WITHOUT concrete hardcore irrefutable evidence... This is the Benchmark...These losers had 20 years to say something and they didn't!!! So I am not believing their filthy stores and especially the Media Machine that is presenting it to us... Remember after this Mockumentary airs.. There is still a fight to be had with shining a PERMANENT light on Tabloid Newspapers and Media Machine even after any damage has been done to MJ...

This is, in my humble opinion is the bigger picture an Michael would be proud of us if we did this.

I just watched the full discussion segment and was pleasantly surprised that the loose women panel were actually supportive given their reputation, particularly Jane Moore (https://youtu.be/xpzAtdQN56c?t=1441). Perhaps she has now changed her stance, or just fed tabloid The Sun the junk they wanted back then to earn her keep.

The MJ estate must have a PR-lawyer - better yet a few that are representing his side of the story in the media. And these people should embark on a media tour all over the united states, traveling to most of the biggest citys to appear on radio, TV and local newspapers.

The Estate should already have put this into place weeks ago. I still hope they will do it when LN airs first in usa and then all over the world from march 3rd to march 14th. Thats almot a two week span, where MJ constantly will need to get his side out on TV-Shows and in the newspapers etc.

Tom Mesereau is NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

I absolutely love Mesereau and all he has done for Michael - to defend him to this day its amazing! I will be forever grateful for that,

However, Mesereau is NOT UP TO DATE with the Robson & Safechuck claims at all. If you listed to his shows on King Jordan Radio during the years, he repeats time after time he has not followed the legal cases and therefore can not go into ANY details at all.

Mesereau is awesome to explain the scheme of exploiting MJ and debunking the 2005 trial.

But as regards to Leaving Neverland, I feel the laweyers who handled the Safechuck & Robson civil suits are much better equipped representing MJ in the media. They know the facts, have studied the documents, know what Wade is all about.

What are the estate waiting for? They should have prepared these lawyers long time ago, or hired new ones and EDUCATE them on all the facts!

Reed & company is doing heavy promotion, and I m sure they will step in the coming 2 weeks.

I think it's not hard for an advocate to be update concerning a case, Mesereau knows how to talk and communicate.
I hope we will see it again soon.
And yes, the Estate must "hire" advocats to talk in media, they should work on official social media of MJ.

I have been away for a few days because I had surgery. I am glad the Estate has filed this lawsuit. LOOK, I can care less about MJfacts, clearly those fools have issues and an agenda to keep bothering MJ (won't work). People are going to take this trash Doc apart. There is too much EVIDENCE to PROVE these liars are liars and anyone that supports them (heck even Jussie still has some supporters) but I believe the OVERALL PUBLIC aint going to buy this trash. So if anyone on here is a 'mole for MJFACTS, keep trying to dig a ditch for Michael, you going find yourselves in that hole looking up from karma. Again, this is NOT going to be some "put out a doc and bash MJ, NO baby, put the trash out the first two days and THEN we (society) will take it apart just like Jussie was done. And it is going to look even more fooless for these who defended these fools in the media all at the expense of someone who is dead and who has been more investigated than anyone. According to Julien’s website, they sold two items that Robson provided them: a pair of black spandex, fingerless forearm gloves from the music video for “Bad” and a fedora from the music video for “Smooth Criminal.”

The fedora sold for $49,920 and the gloves fetched $31,250.

It does not appear Robson ever put the “Thriller” items up for sale.

Sources close to estate tell Tbe Blast they believe this is more evidence that Wade Robson is doing this for monetary gain and he is not a true victim.

The estate for Michael Jackson filed a $100 million lawsuit against HBO last week for their decision to air the documentary. They argue that Jackson has a “longstanding contractual relationship” with HBO and believe there is a non-disparagement clause that was breached.

Robson and Dan Reed have both said that Robson was not paid for his appearance in the film.

And these fools think people are not going to dig up this stuff especially after the Jussie debacle. Give me a break.

OK. I went on a rampage and sent another email to the MJ ESTATE. I doubt they care about what I think, but why not try to get them to engage against Dan Reed & company in the media. Dan Reed and his crew are doing major promotion and will probably step it up even more! I am on facebook, twitter and youtube defending MJ with facts. When the Leaving Neverland trailer was posted by HBO and Channel 4, I spent 12 hours straight on facebook to get the facts out and balance out the "hate" coming from regular people who knows the medias agenda as the truth.

We already seen it and heard, and I believe that as Leaving Neverland airs, ther will be a media frenzy like NEVER BEFORE - and more and more people will start asking for MJ to be muted.

Any other person thats in trouble has lawyers representing them if they can not be there themselves - I sincerely hope that you will make sure to the same for Michael Jackson.
