No honour among thieves. This hasn't worked out like any of them wanted and it's only going to get worse as more pro-MJ docs come out and the court cases get denied again.

its the least support we can expect from her to boykott the emmys.

Reed is making money (you can believe he is) whereas probaly Wade wants more money just like Reed and along with their court appeal over these lies.

Exactly. it is backfiring now and the judge ruling in favor of the Estate is making them look even worst. Court appeals are rarely won and in the case of these clowns, it is so much evidence showing why the Estate should win both cases HBO and the wade/james court appeal and all the lies today even from COURT depositions, changing stories, etc.

When all of this is over and HBO loses, what will that mean for Reed, Wade and James? I mean they are getting their money now, since this filth has been on HBO for a while now and more streaming services and networks have purchased/rented it, so they get money from all that.

When all is said and done I just wish Wade and James, and Reed will have to answer for all this. So far it has been smooth sailing for these ****ers.

Regarding Dan Reed:

If HBO loses out to MJ Estate nothing will happen to Dan Reed since the lawsuit is about the 1992 Bucharest contract and has nothing do with Dan Reed. Best case scenario for MJ Estate is that HBO will have to pay them damages, Dan Reed has nothing to worry about.

If Wade Robsons/Safechucks ongoing appeal fail nothing will happen to Dan Reed since the appeal is about whether Michael Jacksons companies can legally be held responsible for any ALLEGED molestation commited by the owner of the companies Michael Jackson. Dan Reed has nothing to worry about there.

If HBO loses out to MJ Estate nothing will happen to Robson/Safechuck since the lawsuit is about the 1992 Bucharest contract and has nothing do with whether Leaving Neverland is a fraud or not.

If Wade Robsons/Safechucks ongoing appeal fail nothing will happen to Robson/Safecguck since the appeal is about whether Michael Jacksons companies can legally be held responsible for any ALLEGED molestation commited by the owner of the companies Michael Jackson. There would be no ruling on whether their accusations are credible or not.

In summary: If MJ Estate wins all court cases, the golden trio of Robson, Safechuck and Reed will still not be held accountable in any way. HBO might have to pay some money - but that wont matter because their earnings will be higher than the damages presumably.

At last, if you want something to happen to the trio, that would require MJ Estate to unveil something that proves the film is a fraud through discovery phase of any trial - if HBO and Reed have not already gotten rid of any such evidence of course/we all know half of the ottakes from Robsons interviews have been lost "because a camera was broken" according to Reed.

And to get to a discovery phase of a trial Robson for example would have to win the appeal agains the Estate for there to a trial, which is unlikely to happen.

The best hope is probably go get a trial vs HBO, but I dont think that will matter because HBO will have known about that risk for multiple years by then and would have been able to wipe clean any evidence.

Not forgetting of course as far as I'm aware, it was Reed that got all the credit for the award (I may be wrong on that as I couldn't stomach doing loads of research on it), the pic I saw was Reed holding the award, we know that robson is a narssis and Reed getting all the attention is not going to sit well with him, maybe that's why he didn't go
 
It always makes me laugh when someone says with confidence that there's mountains of evidence that proves Michael is guilty. And then when you ask them for this so called mountain of evidence they either don't respond, post links to tabloids that have been debunked a million times already, or they resort to name calling.

I think the best case is that the estate manages to force OPEN arbitration but that will be difficult.

if it happens then that forces information into the public arena that isn't currently available. it might also encourage the media to report on the Leaving Neverland scam in a more realistic way. but add you say, IF HBO and Reed have any sense at all they will have destroyed outtakes, emails etc by now which would leave the mj estate very little to play with.

Don't forget that both Robson and STABchuck are both sued for defamation in France thanx to a few MJ Fanclubs since they can sue anybody for defaming the dead since U.S. U.K. and Canada can't sue em' for defamation against the dead.

I don't know what it takes to successfully sue someone for defaming the dead but I hope it requires a deep analysis of the case which will reveal the lies to the public.

I have GAD and i'm shy. it take me long time to warm up with people. when i feel people are attacking me etc. my GAD and depression gets worse. i share a few characteristics like Michael. i'm still nervous as we speak but i hope it keeps going down. if no one don't trigger it. and not being funny either just in case if anyone thinking i'm am.

Portrayed to the public. They intentionally removed Lillian and June from certain photos to make it seem as if Michael was with Jordan alone. June and Lillian were with Jordan the entire time. This is the manipulation that they&#8217;ve did in 1993 and are STILL doing to this day.
