What are you doing this very second?

Been up since 5am. The only cool part of the day. It's 7am now - it's gonna get hot and horrible from now on. šŸ™

So I'm enjoying a bit of cool, fresh air while I can.

Michael brought it to our attention about climate change years , years , years ago , and again no-one truly listened . He was one of the first , if not first important person to be publicly outspoken concerned about this and the effects -We've only got to look at his art & speeches ...
i'm thinking about that.

He wanted the world to know that this may be it when it came to seeing him tour, and also that if we don't start paying attention to the world around us now, then it will be it for the Earth too. - Michael Bearden

" 'This Is It' -- obviously people equate that to the last tour," Bearden said of the tour name's dual meaning. "His passion was to save the world save the planet, to heal the world. ...

"He would say to me, 'If we don't stop doing what we're doing with global warming and the Earth and how we're treating each other ... it could be irreversible in four years or five years or something like that,' " Bearden explained. "So, 'This Is It' meant to him that this is it: We don't have much longer to save the planet, to heal the world."

Ms last words :(

ā€œI love the Planet, I love the trees. I have this thing for trees ā€“ the colors and changing of leaves. I love it. I respect those kind of things. I really feel that nature is trying so hard to compensate for manā€™s mismanagement of the planet. Because the planet is sick, like a fever. If we donā€™t fix it now, itā€™s at the point of no return. This is our last chance to fix this problem that we have, where itā€™s like a runway train. And the times has come, This Is It.ā€ ā€“ Michael Jackson in This Is It

LOL well I have seen all of the performances of songs from Wembley in isolation, but it's the back-to-back nature of watching an entire concert that makes me hyperventilate and lose all sense of self. A bunch of us actually watched the first 45 minutes in a watch party a couple weeks ago (you're welcome to join in on that if you are interested when we do it in the future!) and I thought I was going to pass out lol. I could only survive about 45 minutes and then we decided we would finish it another time. So me getting through those same 45 minutes last night, but no more, was a testament to the effectiveness of exposure therapy šŸ˜›

Love that you are christening your laptop with the Bad tour. What a lucky, lucky device šŸ˜‚
