I found some messages of an user who posted info on that version of that song that allegedly comes from Neff-U's Twitter, there isn't really proof that it's true so I'd take it with a grain of salt.

Here's what they said though:

I heard a version of this song Michael worked on JUST before he died. It has a 100% complete vocal as opposed to this leak. No mumbling or missing lyrics anywhere.

Majority of the version I heard was recorded in the 80s, including all of the vocals, but Michael added some instrumental overdubs with Neff-U in 2008/2009.

Neff-U has been following me on twitter for the last 10 years. The info about the recording comes directly from him.

Neff-u said one day MJ told an engineer to look for the tapes of this song in the archives and then they worked on it together. The music sounds pretty much like this leak except it has some synthesizer overdubs throughout. Pretty cool mix of retro and new.

Maybe Damien has heard it? Someone should ask him. It's probably not that far along though since Silent Spring is also circled and that one is just an instrumental.

Yeah that is interesting. I'm not sure if the circle means anything, isn't breath and instrumental (may be remembering wrong here) and that's circled as well.

I am really intrigued to hear a more complete version of Beautiful Girl, if Michael did actually work on it during the last few years of his life.

I am also intrigued by “Can’t Stop Loving You” because of its similarity to I Just Can’t Stop Loving You.
 
Dark Lady/H20 - Song from 2008. One of the rare tracks with a full scratch vocal. MJ sings the vocal melody in one continuous take. No stops or breaks. There are barely any sensical lyrics in the entire song, but the vocal melody is very fleshed out. The words "dark lady" are the first words MJ sings in the Dark Lady verses. He sings it twice in both the 1st and 2nd verse.

So this look like family thing ?
