The copyright office kinda lumps together everybody with the same name. If you look up, say, Tim Roberts (generic name), you’ll come across dozens of people. You kinda gotta wade through the nonsense to find the real titles.

I think that may be the case for copies that were actually handed to MJ. But as far as studio sessions, I imagine an engineer or other personnel labeled and archived everything. The only exception that comes to mind is "Groove Of Midnight", which apparently couldn't be located for B25. A lot of times tracks were dismissed for not being completed to "album standards".
"Spice Of Life", "Attitude", "She's Not It", and "Set It On Out" should be placed in the unconfirmed section. Many - if not all - such titles are fanfiction.

I put Why Shy and Everybody Wants To Be A Movie Star in unconfirmed because Wikipedia mentions it was once meant for Thriller but mentions no source. You are right about Stand Tall but I'll keep it in since it was done for Thriller.
The engineers or the Estate should reach out to them to see if they can get a copy.
