This title doesn't speak to me. I couldn't find it in the US Copyright register. Where do you know this title from?Another song I'm curious to hear is "Where Is Love" from 1982

I don't think "Where Is Love" is something that's high on MJ fans priority list. Are you guys really Michael fans? LOL. Anyway, "Where Is Love" is a cover from the movie "Oliver" and he mentions recording it during this 1982 interview

Some of Sisqo's songs were written/produced with Michael in mindIs it true beats made for MJ ended up going to Sisqo?
Can you specify which magazine this article comes from? Do you think he recorded this as an adult?
Very interesting! Some of Sisqo's songs were written/produced with Michael in mind
Montell Jordan: We wrote that song [Incomplete] for Michael Jackson! With Sisqo, we wrote that song, I had Michael Jackson in mind. It’s about a guy who literally had everything but without the girl that his life would be incomplete. The song sat around probably for a year, maybe a year and a half before anybody even came to record the song. It was very cool that at the time, Dru Hill’s lead vocalist Sisqo was going solo and we got an opportunity to record the song on him. Originally, the best thing that I remember about that song was that it was recorded for Michael Jackson. I think I even demoed the song, nobody will ever hear it, but I actually sang the song like Michael Jackson would sing it. There’s probably a version of that somewhere in Shep’s archives.
The producers initially crafted “Thong Song” with Michael Jackson in mind, but once Sisqó heard the opening strings he wanted it all to himself. He then hired acclaimed violinist Bruce Dukov (who notably worked on Star Wars) to rewrite the strings.
Produced by Teddy Riley more than likely with Michael in mind

What other films do you like?Smash Hits Magazine. He did the interview in 1982 while working on Thriller so my guess is no earlier than 1981 but since the articles says he's currently watching it, I don't see why he'd mention it if it wasn't recorded recently
Robinson and Kelly also mention that they originally created the beat for Michael Jackson, and when MJ later heard Sisqó’s hit, he wanted to work with the two producers. Some of Sisqo's songs were written/produced with Michael in mind

Interesting, can you tell me where this information comes from?Another hit that got away is Rufus and Chaka Khan's "Ain't Nobody". Quincy wanted it for Thriller but Hawk already promised it to Chaka but when Hawk asked it be a single, Chaka said it might not be and Hawk threatened to give it to Quincy for Michael
Spice of Life was written for Thriller according to Derek Bramble. Derek said he and Rod wrote it for Michael and said it was the last song submitted and the first song rejected but he did say they started recording it so a partial demo more than likely exists
this means SoL was developed from BbMSpice of Life was written for Thriller according to Derek Bramble. Derek said he and Rod wrote it for Michael and said it was the last song submitted
I doubt all submitted songs -except perhaps only Temperton tracks- were recorded.Last song submitted, first song rejected but at least partially recorded, perhaps we can assume that all submitted songs were partially recorded then?
Wishful thinking, likely.

Who offered you songs that you didn’t accept? I heard there was one by Stevie Wonder?
Well, Stevie had a one which was good. It was a good song, more a danceable-type thing. There was also… ah, what’s his name?
An unreleased Stevie Wonder song would be huge. But if he didn't record it then we'll never hear it.worth posting this part here

Yeah. The number's exaggerated, but I remember once hearing how Quincy got at least 200 submissions for Thriller...including Stand Tall, Ain't Nobody, She's Trouble, Nite Line, and Spice of Life (dunno if Mystery was also submitted), among others. There was only so much Michael recorded, and we know for a fact that he didn't record all of them.I doubt all submitted songs -except perhaps only Temperton tracks- were recorded.
