Michael Jackson in Fortnite, good or bad move?

First of all, when I say in fortnite, I don't mean as a skin. You see, fortnite has this gamemode similar to games such as guitar hero. There are a lot of songs in this, and I was just wondering, would adding MJ's most iconic songs to it be a smart move for the estate? Let me know your thoughts.
 
TERRIBLE move. The jokes write themselves.

I want a huge marketing campaign, but they gotta avoid the easy pointing and laughing moments.
 
maybe a good move and like a bad one. like personally I think that'd be cool but then at the same time I wouldn't want people to be making mean jokes about him. but I do feel like that people are just seeing Michael as a icon instead of how the media portrayed him in the 90's and 2000's. like for example, I head thriller like 8 times while trick or treating this year and people were so happy to hear it so if people see mike as the sweet human he was then the Fortnite thing might actually work

I cant play either 😂😂 buts its a fun game. They’ve used his music in video games before so i dont see how this would be any different than the past for those saying its not a good idea.

the pure excitement people had over a fake leak of just Thriller being in the "Jam tracks" for halloween had people going batshit, it blew up. the fans would love it, youd have some bad players making jokes, but everyone would be loving the songs & Michael's presence in the game.
 
Why not? I think young people don't know that much about MJ and his achievements but having songs and stuff about MJ in games can make the young ones curious about him and learn stuff. I vouch for this.

The question is to what extent Fortnite fits the image that people want to see of MJ in public. For me that would be a scandal-free image that focuses on his art. If Fortnite, then you would have to link it to one of his songs. Then it would make sense to me. Like McCartneys Hope for the Future and the Ego-Shooter Destiny.

I would LOVE to have him in the game!!!! (Skin, Jam tracks, etc.) I would spend every last vbuck I had, and then more!!!!!!!! I've been wanting him in the game since around 2019, when we had the Marshmello collab concert. I REALLY want him with the Smooth Criminal style, Billie Jean (1983/2001) style, and the History World Tour style!!!! I NEED THEM. 😭🙏 (Edit: I love the 30th Anniversary concert's performance of Billie Jean. I love how he looked, and he was so hot!!! I genuinely want him to have a 2000s style, or, at the least, a late 1990s style.)

I’m glad someone else recognises this. especially before he turned ‘bad’🫣I would feel the same way about his music being used in gta.

I think ‘the mj experience’ was the best video game of his. I would actually love to see more titles created.
 
I know it's kinda off topic, but since we're talking MJ in videogames and bad themes, did you guys know that in Majora's Mask, the final boss form Majora's Incarnation does the Moonwalk?
So. I beat the s out of a dancing mask, so he can be in Fortnite too.

No way... Majora's Mask is my favorite game of all time. I literally have a tattoo of this game. And you're telling me that... after all these years... I never made the connection between Majora and the Moonwalk... Shame on me!!
