Alright you're dragging it now.It might sound sacrilegious to say, but I unironically would rather listen through all twelve Cascio tracks in one sitting than it; I’m 100% serious.

It's not MJ vocals herethe "i have this dream" vocal demo actually leaked 14 years ago already. I heard it back then.. and it was used in those weird "MJ is still alive" videos that started after his death.
here is an upload from 2011...

That’s cause K.R.O.C made this version as a tribute in 2010the "i have this dream" vocal demo actually leaked 14 years ago already. I heard it back then.. and it was used in those weird "MJ is still alive" videos that started after his death.

Thanks for this, appreciated. The 2004 mix was the version considered for The Ultimate Collection. Only small changes were made to the song so it shouldn't be different from the version we already have.
The 2008 mix is the version that was put on Xscape.
All in all the song didn't change all that much after Invincible.
Fans have really been very hyped with the song, from the beginning it is doubtful if it is a great song
Let's be real, IF it was really that good, it would've made Victory or BAD. It made neither. Still would love to hear it though.
There are some very good songs that have been left off albums, but I have yet to hear anything that blew me away enough to think it should've made a final tracklisting.^^ I always found that perspective a bit flawed because there are plenty of excellent songs left off MJ’s albums. It could’ve been left off for any number of reasons. So far, Bill is the first to say that BB wasn’t good; Matt Forger and John Barnes have said the opposite.
It’s definitely subjective, but personally, I can think of at least two to three unused songs that I feel should’ve been included on albums, especially Invincible. There are some very good songs that have been left off albums, but I have yet to hear anything that blew me away enough to think it should've made a final tracklisting.
Michael mentioned he starts off by recording his demos with a tape recorder and we hear that with songs like TGIM and WATW. I'd assume he brought it with him when he worked songs with othersDoes anyone know how the writing process went with people like Paul Anka or Freddie Mercury: did they tape the whole sesssion/sessions or did they just started recording when they had a 'song' to record?
In other words: are there tapes where you can hear the making of LNFSG, This Is It and also more of 'Don't Matter'?
But would he record the whole session or just the 'demo' parts?Michael mentioned he starts off by recording his demos with a tape recorder and we hear that with songs like TGIM and WATW. I'd assume he brought it with him when he worked songs with others
Well let me hear it and let me be the judge, Bill
He’ll record the demo parts on tape then create a multitrack recording around the demo using instrumentsBut would he record the whole session or just the 'demo' parts?
Never heard of an entire session being recorded on tape from him but I also wouldn't doubt itBut would he record the whole session or just the 'demo' parts?
I think I mean: did the tapes of those sessions include the whole writing process, like him and Anka trying to come up with ideas, talking, jamming etc. (like the 'Give To Me' session leak) or are most tapes just the songs (in demo form)? He’ll record the demo parts on tape then create a multitrack recording around the demo using instruments

Here's a work tape of TGIM.I think I mean: did the tapes of those sessions include the whole writing process, like him and Anka trying to come up with ideas, talking, jamming etc. (like the 'Give To Me' session leak) or are most tapes just the songs (in demo form)?
It's basicly like what's been explained hereWe don't really have much information on how he recorded through tapes but this is an idea
Brian's talking about basic 2-track demo tracking with Michael.
(btw 12:00 and 13:00 mark)
He should just post a snippet at this point.
Assuming he still has the tape—is there anything stopping him from doing that, technically? We've seen instances of unheard MJ songs being leaked by people from MJ's team themselves (i.e. Brad Sundberg posting a video with a snippet of Family Thing playing in the background, Rodney Jerkins sharing snippets of writer's demos made for Michael, Michael Prince playing the intro of GYWOOM on the MJCast), even if he shares a very short snippet of MJ singing "Who shot Buffalo Bill?" I assume it's unlikely it'll get him into trouble with the Estate. He should just post a snippet at this point.
