I didn't know Cascios had formally changed their tune on MJ's innocence and were suing his estate until about a month ago. I always had a feeling they were gonna do it.

Well, I'll still be bumping "Thriller".
 
Is it true that Omer and Paris have both covered their tattoos and don't post about him? I know there could be lots of reasons for both of these including personal careers

It's the parents and everyone who appeared in the cascios Oprah interview. And likely their spouses including James Porte who is married to Marie Nicole now and was involved in the fake songs.

If you go to the actual post it's from Feb 13 and dedicated to his mother for her birthday.

God forbid he not want the focus to be on Michael on his mother's birthday.

Paris removed a bunch of tattoos and seems to mainly just have black and white ones now. Likely the decision has to do with her modeling job.

She still has some MJ tattoos though despite what the guilters claim.

They are salivating at the thought on Omer jumping on the liars train. I've never seen people WANT sex abuse to have occured so badly in my life. It just proves guilters are perverts and this is about feeding their own lust. Nothing more.

Please learn to read and comprehend

It's not 10 people making accusations. At most it's the 5 siblings and the other does are just family members supporting them and they received money as well. Which is just more proof that this is extortion.

Frank used false accusations to secure wealth for his entire family including his parents, who needed money for what reason I must ask?

The docs state all the respondents are part of the cascio family.

And we know it's the parents too because they are quoted in the document and the person quoted is referred to as one of the respondents.

And if the parents received money, it's likely that the spouses who never even met Michael received money as well. The estate should reveal their names.

I will continue to take info from sources that I have been paying attention to for several years now bc I consider them to be reliable and bc they post info in a way that is accessible and intelligible.

There were rumors that it was 2 of the siblings claiming something and the others were supporting them. That's why I said at best it's up to 5. But really it's probably just 2.

But then it must've asked why did all the others including the parents jump on board for money?

Being a bit dramatic don't you think? We knew all of this was possibly going to happen months ago.

Also from the looks of that court document it seems the cascios are abandoning their abuse claims in favor of accusing the estate of defamation.

And ironically they may be forced to claim they never tried to make allegations to get out of the estates extortion claim and claim the estate defamed them.


But the estate has evidence of them making threats with false accusations so they are screwed as long as there's no idiot women activist judge involved this time finally one of these false accusers might be held accountable.

It would be amazing if they ended up in jail over this.

I can't help but feel it looks messy whichever way it's viewed.

It seems like the estate are bringing this to the public's attention. This looks bad as it is possibly another accuser. And it doesn't look good that the estate paid this family already. It looks suspiciously like they have been paid off (93 style), even though I know the details are very different. I can only hope the estate are trying to get ahead of the story/case.

It also looks bad for the Cascio family, they are threatening to claim something bad if they don't get more payment, this really doesn't reflect well on them either. Plus you have an entire family who have financially benefitted from MJ while claiming they were effectively all groomed by him? On top of this FC wrote that glowing book, although I don't know how much weight this will hold in the publics perception as WR 2005 court testimony virtually held no weight.

As much as MJ liked to blame the tabloids, they did not do half as much damage as these families that he willingly welcomed and kept in his life from his own goodwill.

I recently read Talitha Linehans book, it received many positive reviews, but the more I kept reading it the more alarming I found it. This is no reflection on TL, she comes across as a well intentioned and sweet fan. But I saw MJ as someone who really didn't understand boundaries, he let a group of fans all over his home, even his bedroom, and this was during/after the Bashir documentary. I thought to myself, it would have just been a matter of time before someone else took advantage of the very vulnerable position he repeatedly placed himself in😞

In California, the only way the estate could pursue criminal charges against them is if they paid them. There has to be a payment exchanged for it to fit the California definition of extortion.

Are you kidding me? The only reason these liars feel confident enough to do this is because they know the tabloids and the media will be on their side.

If the media treated Michael's accusers the same way they treated Jay z's false accusers recently. None of these liars would have ever done what they did. Because they would know they would be exposed.

Also it's rumored that the younger brothers were the ones who bogus lawsuit drafts were written up for. So is frank going to claim he facilitated his own little brothers "abuse" cause he was a fully grown adult for much of the time he was around Michael.

She may legally not be able to say anything as a beneficiary of the estate while it is actively pursuing a legal case, especially if the defendants are claiming that the estate is defaming them by calling them extortionists.

Why would Paris try and put the spotlight on alleged sexual abuse allegations against her father that mainstream media are staying silent on? Did the fan that pointed that out to you think before she/he spoke? I can not see any reason why Paris would speak or write in public about the Cascios as the best way that is handled is by legal teams in court, and most preferably behind close doors.
