"Michael", a biopic about Michael Jackson, is officially happening.

I maybe wouldn't expect an MJ biopic to cover his death - after all that doesn't define him. But the allegations do define him, and certainly influenced his music. You simply can't leave out a major part of his life like that.
Interesting way to put it. Yeah much of the use of the film is for the allegations not to define him. So there need to be a wide range of character bonding, i e ways for the audience to appreciate the many lovable aspects of Michael before allegations are dramatised, wherein his natural innocence and the truth of his expression is very clear throughout. To many fans these define him as a human. Almost like a super power that others tried to turn into his cryptonite.

There will be no Child abuse topic in the Film u will all See. I got a confirmation from inside and there will be no HIStory / Botdf / invincible era. The Film start with his dead in his Beverly Hills Appartement (First Version was the neverland raid he was looking out of the Window) and then there will be a flashback of his life Til dangerous era please Save this post and u will all See that im Right my Cousin works in Hollywood as a Editor and he is involved the First Version had the chandler Story in it with Michaels car burning and then he Met the chandlers the Estate made very much wrong decisions and thats why they paid the changes sry for my English im from Germany there was 2 Problems (chandlers Name and that the Estate dont want to Change a Little of the names and change Little Details because They dont want the Child abuse topic in it. The whole Team specialy the Director is very pissed but jaafars acting is also a Little Bit the Problems in some scenes

There are tidbits of truth in this post sprinkled with guesses, fabrications, and downright incorrect statements. Much of this is taken from random media reports over the last 8 months.

If the accusations are only touched upon in the biopic, then Innocent Man should be the soundtrack's lead single. There won't be another opportunity like this.

We integrate a lot of music into the story but this is a little more formatted as a biopic [than a musical]. Everyone knew Michael as a genius musician and stage performer but Michael off stage is less known. He was a very complicated human being. His music permeates everything we do.

@kelley , you're my personal Diane Diamond and Gloria Allred. How funny you are. How can a song that hasn't been finished and only has very weak backing vocals be released as the lead single for a Hollywood movie? You are so pathologically fixated on constantly attacking some users, including me. Find yourself a family.

Agreed. They could only 'finish' it using AI and I don't like that idea. So I don't see how it could work.

Where did she attack you?

Or is it that you DO FEEL attacked with her calling your nonsense out? Like how it is these days so very often? Feeling attacked and offended?
And then reacting to such an extent, as comparing her to those two witches?

In order to show Michael's lifelong resilience in the biopic, not only his deprived and difficult childhood is essential, but also the accusations and their echo in the press.

Until very recently, the past couple years have been a personal drought for film/TV; with the 2023 writer's strike and biopic delays, there's been lots of going through the backlog... 2026 can't come soon enough.
