I feel like “In the Life of Chico” is a poem or the outline of one, not a song. The handwritten note doesn’t read like lyrics whatsoever.

I think I have heard "What You Do To Me", if we refer to the same song, in one of Brad's In the Studio sessions. I think it had piano, a cool melody, it was dramatic and written around 1986. No more information.
