Joy - It exists, both Teddy and Tammy: the song's producer and writer, have corroborated the claim. Sony likely has it in their vault (either the multitrack or a DAT mixdown)
Tomboy - It has vocals and at least one person has heard it and spoke positively about it.
Chicago 1945/Dream Away/The Loser - the Estate is saving them for future projects. Hell, they even wanted 1945 on the album but Steve Porcaro refused to let it be contemporized.
Hot Fun - What's stopping them from releasing the 2014 remix? They had plans to release it for a deluxe edition of Xscape but that got canned when A Place With No Name bombed.

Don’t forget songs like “alright now”, “eaten alive”, “your the one”. I think all the songs in the 93 deposition have vocals on par with turning me off at least all the way to Chicago 1945

The Estate could easily release another album like Xscape. There's enough material. It's just a question whether or not they actually want to do it.

Buxer said that MJ used it at a seminar in 2022, and yes there are songs such as RWITY where its obvious it was used, same with Invincible album. Honestly the MJ track with the most would be either Ways You Love Me 2010 or Hollywood 2010. Teddy actually used this as a shield when the vocals on Monster and Breaking News were being called into question, claiming the vocals sounded off because of heavy tuning via Melodyne. Anyone who has used it knows that's total bs and it doesn't change the voice like that lol

The estate didnt have a copy of Chicago 1945 in their vault?
 
I've never been able to get a definitive answer on Far Far Away. Some say just a chorus others say just the title vocal and mumblings. Sometimes these titles or lyrics have ended up in other songs. These could all be found if the Estate put the effort in."Chris Cadman, X, May 13, 2023[2]
 
I’ve only heard one track MJ worked on during the Thriller sessions that isn’t leaked. It’s called Stand Tall. But MJ wasn’t singing on what I heard. According to the copyright registration, MJ wrote it and Mijac owns it. It only has a chorus and bridge. No verses. No MJ vocals.Damien Shields
 
Is "Snakepit" actually Smooth Criminal? When doing some research, the lean is Smooth Criminal is sometimes reference as the Snakepit lean.

I could be totally wrong here, but maybe it's something to consider. And could make sense as the Smooth Criminal video was shot prior to the album being released.

Well, the article mentions Snakepit alongside Smooth Criminal (as well as Man In The Mirror, Buffalo Bill and Liberian Girl).

And in addition, the video apparently features an "African dance" segment.

Wonder if such a video exists anywhere. Then it must have been a song important enough to have a video made for it.

But I find it strange such a title has appeared out of nowhere. Alongside songs such as Smooth Criminal, Liberian Girl etc. etc. in this report. While “Snakepit” has not really surfaced elsewhere or been mentioned by other collaborators (not even Bill Bottrell).

It does not really make sense since the final selection of songs from Michael was narrowed down before the official Bad sessions started in August 1986. Smooth Criminal, Bad, IJCSLY etc.

The only explanations I can think of are it was a working title for another song used on Bad, or it was developed with vocals as “Snakepit” based on an untitled Hayvenhurst groove (or even Bill’s African Groove).
Michael must have thought it had potential as an album track but abandoned it for whatever reason.
