I meant it in the form to discuss the contents of the actual song, and stories from the producers behind them, why would that apply to if some random person from England who wasn’t even conscious when MJ was active has a slightly higher quality version of a track?if we can't talk about song leaks and what the songs sound like, then wtf are we discussing LMAO
Slightly is severely underestimating it but sureI meant it in the form to discuss the contents of the actual song, and stories from the producers behind them, why would that apply to if some random person from England who wasn’t even conscious when MJ was active has a slightly higher quality version of a track?
Definitely sounds like a gem. The background vocals sort of remind me of "duuu, duuuuuhhh... duuh duuhuh" from The Way You Make Me Feel live intro. It's been a couple of months now, I still love Boy No, that snippets has lived in my head rent free
Michael had a gift when it came to infectious hooks
We do. But we also understand that it’s the fans that decide to leak the tracks, and the discussion of that is a separate thing entirely to the tracks themselves.Slightly is severely underestimating it but sure
Actually, I'm not sure why you people care so little or not at all about audio quality, I mean, yall are fans of the guy who cried when he heard the first version of Thriller because it sounded bad, you'd think fans of that guy would give a damn about audio quality lol
Genuinely buddy, it isn’t that deep. Most people do not care about audio qualitySlightly is severely underestimating it but sure

and you have to pay a ridiculous price for no ads. might as well get an ad blocker and use youtube. or hell even youtube premium is more worth it.Genuinely buddy, it isn’t that deep. Most people do not care about audio quality
Spotify is a testimony to that, they have the worst audio quality out of all the platforms, and yet people still prefer Spotify
You're not revealing some deep secret to me Motif, I know people don't give two shits about audioGenuinely buddy, it isn’t that deep. Most people do not care about audio quality

YouTube Music audio quality is definitely worse. Especially now that Spotify has lossless. It's the worst lossless but still.Genuinely buddy, it isn’t that deep. Most people do not care about audio quality

Off-topic, but I guess I can make it on-topic if I bring MJ into it…You're not revealing some deep secret to me Motif, I know people don't give two shits about audio
But again, my point still stands lmao
It's literally like being a film enthusiast and only watching films through YT uploads or some shit.
Thriller 40 Qobuz FilesOff-topic, but I guess I can make it on-topic if I bring MJ into it…
What do you think of Qobuz? It's supposed to be the audiophile alternative to Spotify. Thriller 40 is on there, I'm curious how the disc 2 demos sound compared to other streaming services.
"Audiophile alternative" just means lossless instead of lossyOff-topic, but I guess I can make it on-topic if I bring MJ into it…

Thriller 40 is the exact same master on every streaming service.Off-topic, but I guess I can make it on-topic if I bring MJ into it…

Execpt some of it Qobuz have a much better quality then SpotifyThriller 40 is the exact same master on every streaming service.
It has a higher quality as in, the fact that Qobuz offers a higher bitrate and sample rate (and also the fact that Qobuz is lossless, obviously, we'll ignore Spotify Lossless since it's not fully launched yet.) but THE MASTER (the thing I specifically mentioned) is the exact same on every streaming service.Execpt some of it Qobuz have a much better quality then Spotify
Depending on the source material, 24 bit can make a difference.Nothing higher than CDQ (16 bit 44.1kHz) is needed for listening.
Boy No is more lyrically advanced than you'd thinkI was told that Boy No chorus is in fact finished. The estate or sony likely were planing to use the scratch vocals or complete the song with another artist
Can you tell us more?Boy No is more lyrically advanced than you'd think
And we'll probably never get it from the Estate because of the title. Which seems ridiculous but probably right.Boy No is more lyrically advanced than you'd think
Well, they could always rename it. Remember "Chicago"?And we'll probably never get it from the Estate because of the title. Which seems ridiculous but probably right.
What are you implyingAnd we'll probably never get it from the Estate because of the title. Which seems ridiculous but probably right.
What they are trying to said that even if you got those HQ files of those tracks they are getting tired of snipets by snippets by snippets and i don't blame themWhat are you implying
Lyrically, most of it is there, but the lyrics don't make sense within the context of the chorus. Can you tell us more?![]()

Those are just wrong.Boy No Lyrics :
“Boy, no, and you ain’t got no place for me to stay.
Boy, no, and they ain’t got no home for them to stay.
Boy, no, and the summer nights won’t let me go.
Boy, no, and the city never felt like home.
Boy, no, and the summer never seemed so far.
Boy, no, and the sun won’t let us fall apart.”
