Mark Geragos on His Client Frank Cascio vs Michael Jackson

So all of this must also be very difficult for 'guilters'. If they believe Frank Cascio, than all their ideas about grooming, preferences, gender, seperating kids from parents, disfunctional parents, MJ not sleeping on the floor, dumping 'special friends' at a certain age etc. etc. make absolutely no sense anymore.

Of course nothing added up/lined out between Safechuck and Robson's stories already, but now it just becomes ridiculous
Especially since the girl is claiming it too and they all claim abuse until 2009. Well in 2009 the girl Marie was an adult. So.....have we come full circle to the Guilters admitting MJ was attracted to adult females??
🤣

All of them were adults in 2009. Frank was nearly 30 years old.

So much for the claim that he dumped "BOYZz" at puberty.

Also the guilters excuse for Jane doe is that she "looked like a boy" (she did NOT). But Marie Nicole always looked like a girl and dressed like a girl so......

Will Shana now change her story and claim MJ "raped" her instead just had passionate fan fiction sex with her like she wrote in her book? She might as well jump on the liar bandwagon too.

ā€œDo the Cascios really expect anyone to believe Michael secretly abused each and every one of them behind their backs, one by one, like a villain plot — and that all of them kept it a secret from each other for decades without ever mentioning it, noticing anything, or getting any hints about it happening to their siblings?

And if that did happen, then Frank continuing to work with Michael, defend him, and stand by him even after his death would make him a terrible brother for allowing that to happen to his younger siblings. He has no incentive to lie — yet he’s called Wade Robson a liar, called Leaving Neverland false, and spoken out on his own accord, without anyone pushing him to.ā€

Please don't click on this horrible tabloid, especially with its racist and disgusting title referring to Michael.

I believe it’s lies, but I am a little worried, where do they get these sources? Most likely lying and made up. 😳

Daily Fail are reporting this:

ā€œALISON BOSHOFF: *****'s daughter reaches out to his 'grooming' victims for the first timeā€

Its obviously BS. Dailyfail is trying to bait Paris into responding which will make the story blow and draw more attention to it.

I hope Paris remembers this and after MJ is vindicated she sues them.

Hello everyone, I've only been a follower so far and really hope my German will be translated here.
I remember that MJ and FC didn't speak to each other for years after 2005. It was apparently because FC didn't want to testify in Michael's trial. They apparently only made up shortly before Michael's death.
Furthermore, according to Sneddon, FC was supposed to be one of the co-conspirators, along with Wiesner, Konitzer, and Amen.
Meserau also didn't agree with Geragos' defense of MJ. Therefore, he shouldn't interfere in the defense either.
Those are my first thoughts after reading the posts here. I'm sure I'll think of more. Good night, first of all. 😓

Is this the same family that submitted fake MJ songs for an album so that they could make money? And now, this same family is claiming abuse, just when the biopic is heating up? They've magically been silent for years until now?

Excuse my language, but these people can get fucked. All of them. They aren't worth our time. Every one of these leeches had the chance to get Mike put behind bars for life in '05. If you're that broke, get a job. Damn.

The saddest part of the story is these were people Michael trusted throughout his life.

I noticed that after the fake songs were removed from the Michael album, that’s when everything went to heck between the Cascios and the Estate. The Cascios even allegedly said that if they weren’t paid that enormous amount of money, they would publicly say terrible things about Michael. The estate itself should sue them for extortion. NOW. Not just sit back and watch while the Cascios shatter them for good.

Well well well, Frank Cascio clearly thought that by releasing a new story in the news yesterday to bank on the hype of the biopic teaser, it would give him some exposure. Sorry sugar tit, but your story got lost in all the positivity of the trailer!
And now here we are: Cascio suddenly blaming the Estate, dyslexia, and the weight of his family’s finances for signing an agreement… except his version doesn’t quite line up with what the Estate has told the court. Let’s unpack this melodrama.
In a declaration dated October 27, Frank Cascio, once part of Michael Jackson’s inner circle, claimed, ā€œIn late December 2019, I learned that [members of my family] had already signed a settlement agreement with the Estate but that the agreement would not become effective absent my signature.ā€
According to him, chaos was already brewing at home: ā€œAt the time, my family was in severe turmoil, and the agreement appeared to offer them a sense of closure. Knowing that, I felt immense pressure to sign as well, to avoid causing more conflict within the family during this unbelievably difficult chapter.ā€
Cascio said he has struggled with reading comprehension since being diagnosed with dyslexia in fifth grade and struggled to understand the contract: ā€œI had difficulty understanding many of its terms, particularly the legal concepts.ā€
Cascio claims Estate attorneys discouraged outside legal help: if he sought his own lawyer, it would slow things down, he alleges. Meanwhile, the executors paint a very different picture in court filings, saying the Cascio family actually threatened claims against Michael Jackson unless they were paid, a direct reversal of their years of vocal support.
Cascio also says the Estate insisted on secrecy: calling the document a ā€œlife rights agreementā€ to hide it from Jackson’s children. According to him: ā€œDespite my family’s persistence, the Estate would not budge and said this was non-negotiable.ā€
He insists he trusted the Estate and believed signing would bring peace: ā€œThe attorneys and representatives for the Estate led me to believe they had my best interests at heart… signing the agreement would mean our family’s private information would not be exposed.ā€
He describes his mental state at the time as ā€œfragileā€ and says he signed ā€œwithout my own lawyer and without fully understanding its implications.ā€ He adds that he was alone with an Estate lawyer who ā€œsimply pointed where I needed to signā€ and gave him a reassuring hug afterward.
Cascio is now arguing the settlement is invalid and wants to avoid arbitration.

The Estate’s Version: Extortion Allegations

Executors John Branca and John McClain say this isn’t a sad tale of confusion, it’s a $213 million extortion scheme. They accuse Cascio and family of threatening to flip their long-standing public defense of Jackson unless they were paid.
They allege the family, inspired by Leaving Neverland fallout, tried to cash in:
ā€œIt was a shakedown.ā€
The court filing claims the Cascio’s representative even demanded a meeting at a pool in bathing suits to avoid being recorded, a detail the Estate calls ā€œbizarreā€ and says screams bad intent.
Executors say they reluctantly settled in 2020 to spare Michael Jackson’s children from more fabricated allegations. They say the ask dropped from $213 million to $44 million when Cascio brought in attorney Mark Geragos.
The Estate now wants the case moved out of public court.

Marie-Nicole Porte’s Declaration

Cascio’s sister, Marie-Nicole Porte, backs his version, saying the estate rushed them into a single-copy, read-aloud agreement in a private room above their father’s restaurant. She describes feeling powerless and pressured:
ā€œI had no lawyer… It was a take-it-or-leave-it situation.ā€
She also claims the family ā€œrealizedā€ they’d had similar experiences with Michael Jackson and the Estate quickly tried to shut them down.

And There We Are…

So on one side: Cascio as an emotionally overwhelmed, dyslexic, pressured family member who trusted the wrong people.
On the other: the Estate insisting this was a calculated, swimsuit-strategized shakedown to profit off post-Leaving Neverland controversy.
Either way, terrible timing, Frank. Your big moment vanished under the global hype machine of a teaser trailer for Michael Jackson biopic.

Frank Cascio is officially coming forward as a victim of child sex abuse at the hands of Michael Jackson via his attorney Mark Geragos.

the guy on the right looks comically old heheheheh

also like bro. nobody cares about that anymore so why go out 'offically' like 90% of the population thinks Michael is innocent 😭 😭 I feel like he's doing it for his 15 mins of fame

Even though this was expected by us as fans, this is deeply upsetting and depressing. The optics look bad for MJ, as most people will not bother to find out more than the fact that there are 5 more accusers. That's about all the information most will need.

MJ was such a bad judge of character, he couldn't seem to make the link that the very children he unhealthily idealised, grow up to be the very adults he couldn't trust. For all his obsession with childhood, he appeared not to realise that childhood doesn't exist in a vacuum, and all those adults he felt unsafe around were children too at one point.

Having watched him go through this stuff during his lifetime, the thought of watching him get dragged through the mud yet again is excruciatingly draining. I really feel for his family at this point. I feel for us as fans too, we finally get close to a trailer release, we finally have something to look forward to, but it's always one step forward and ten steps back as a MJ fan. It's like all we do as fans is relive the 93 allegations in different disguises every few years.

I think the only silver lining is that MJ didn't live to see all his surrogate families turn on him. And sadly, I don't even think this will be the last one, as MJ irresponsibly made himself vulnerable to such accusations repeatedly through his use of surrogate families.

If my words upset anyone reading this, I'm sorry, sadly this is the only way I can process it right now.
I said Michael's behaviour was irresponsible and foolhardy a few weeks ago and people jumped at me. He paid a lot for it though.

He suffered tremendously when he was the real victim in all this. And its sickening that some fans try to blame him because leeches and predators targeted him for nefarious reasons.
