Nothing really, I feel completely out of phase with my sleep these days and woke up late...

But I think I ate a bit of toothpaste.

Oh, it was a mini bagel. Just plain, I didn’t even put it in the toaster lol.
Had to get to work and didn’t really have time to eat 😂
 
cookies (too many 🥲)

potatoes, brussels sprouts, blue cabbage andmanyothervegetables and cheese spread

and now hot chocolate with whey 💪
