I'm sat in my car at the side of the road having pulled over because I'm lost.
I have 'much too soon' blaring out my stereo.
Somebody just almost gave me an actual heart attack by banging loudly on my window.
I opened the window and random woman (in her sixties?) said ....
"What a beautiful sound....what IS that?"
I explained its MJ and we then had a five minute exchange about this hidden gem...his sadness...his loss..the worlds sadness at the loss of Michael....she described it as a "magical way to start her day" and explained she was on her way to lay flowers at her husbands grave who recently died. She asked if I was a big fan...and said 'we know about sadness too don't we'.
I wrote the name of the track down for her and she left.
I'm totally shook up. And totally lost and late for meeting. But it was TOTALLY worth it.
