The gist of my dilemma is that my Audi S8 was stolen from a dealer a few weeks a go whilst it underwent repairs and their insurance company will not pay out.
I just wanted to know more about my rights and their responsibility towards my car whilst it was in their care and who is responsible for replacing it before I go in all guns blazing...
There is more to the story, not all of which I feel comfortable in divulging here but will happily do over e-mail/PM/facebook. Any help would be very much appreciated as I am massively out of pocket right now and the police reckon it was stolen to order on its way to a foreign country and the tracker has been useless, which means I've given up hope of them finding it again.
I hope this is the right forum, I didn't really want to have this thread visable to 'non members' so didn't put it in the general section.
