There are roughly 4200 religions. (I'm not sure are all about the number.)
Some people think that 4199 of them are wrong.
Some people think that 4200 of them are wrong.
Thanks for mentioning this, I did say that they should stop, it clearly crosses community guidelines. Never responded to my message thoughYou do not have to attack other religions or cultures that do not agree with your opinions just to prove you don't BELIEVE in them but what others do in their personal lives on a daily basis are free to believe whatever they want!
You’re absolutely free to not believe in God. Belief is a personal choice not a public forum debate where Michael absolutely loved GOD!.
By you attacking OTHERS faith to ‘prove’ something to yourself, isn’t evidence of your truth it’s just another opinion wrapped in descrimination
against GOD LOVING people that come here for Michael and not your personal religious propaganda!
You don’t have to believe what others believe. But respect goes both ways and is a requirement if you expect any respect at all!
I have reported this Thread for blaitant negative posts against other peoples religions because you hate God on a personal level!
Faith and logic aren’t enemies; arrogance and ignorance are.

Thank you guys!

This Thread has nothing to do with respect, togetherness, inclusiveness or even understanding others so we can be one big MJ Family!!
@Maxym Thanks for your awesome reply much appreciated! If you search deep into it, there are a few posts/cross-overs between the Atheist and the Christian thread (in both threads) where people tried to understand each other.
The constant flow of memes, though some are a bit better than the rest every now and then, feel somewhat redundant and make it feel a bit like a TikTok of atheism. I guess that's because they're easier to to reproduce than actual ideas and debates...
But I think that if there's a Christian thread, it's sane to have an atheist thread too.
My issue is why the need to constently and nausiatingly attack GOD to prove you HATE him ok so that proves you hate all religions and your a good Athiest and actually chose to beleve in no religions at all?
Discussion religions is useless anyways.
I mean it's useless regarding the fact that it doesn't matter if anyone believes or not. If one is interested to discuss opinions, that's legit, of course. It's not more or less useless than many topics, believer and non-believer can agree to disagree but yet debate when both parts are interested. Some people are open to it and some not.
It can be an issue when it derails as many Internet discussions can... In this thread haven't seen it really derail... we rarely talk about the flow of memes though...
@MaxymIf you're talking about the meme flow here, maybe it has that effect.
But, regarding the thread in a general way, for me there's no such thing as a good atheist in the sense of being a better one than others, and certainly not by hating God and believers.
The point of atheism for me would rather be to reject the idea that people assert truths without any proof (a process which could lead to a lot of problems that extend far beyond religion), and to some extent being aware that some religions could be a dangerous to all by creating discriminations or if they manage to become mandatory (not thinking of modern Christianity but other religions go that way).
Passed this, I'm sometimes interested in trying to understand why some assert truths without any proof or what their proofs would be, some are open to debate, some aren't.
@MissAshleyI read the whole thread. The memes are pretty cringe because it's reposting the same boring shit over and over--often in low quality like it's still 2009 when the thread was started. However, I would like to point out that rarely are points actually addressed in the images. Instead, theists, ever offended, decide to engage in tone policing while making arguments about what topics ought to be discussed. An attack on "God" is really no different than an attack on Harry Potter. If one truly believes in an omnipotent being, they wouldn't actually care some human is "hating" on it (i.e., power dynamics alone should inform you omnipotence does not need imperfect defense by definition). That communicates to me that many theists do have doubt alongside an extreme assortment of cognitive dissonance.
