Bad Tour in Australia did MJ Perform Just Good Friends live w/ Stevie Wonder ?

Hi Guys,

I read somewhere on the internet that there was a live version of Just Good Friends with Stevie Wonders on a concert in Brisbane or Sydney. But I can't find any video of the live performance. Do you guys know if there is any footage of the performance at all? Just Good Friends is a great song and I really would like to see the performance on video!

As far I know they performed Bad instead of Just Good Friends

Yeah, Stevie joined MJ during Bad. The audio of it leaked and there are some pics, but no video footage. The idea that they performed Just Good Friends together was just an assumption that fans made, based on the pictures of them onstage together.

There was probably no time to rehearse the song, as I think Stevie was also in Australia for his own shows.
Plus, especially at that time, it was such an obscure song (in the sense that it wasn't a single and the album was just released).

You'll notice Stevie has MJ's wireless mic, and Mike probably took an extra corded one :D
 
I listened to this audio for the first time-and I LOVE the call and response at the end -LOVE these pictures. Just curious, is this the show that Wade had his first performance, and danced all over the stage while they were trying to take their bows and leave? It sounds like he's trying to close the show by saying "I love you" and "Thank You"-
 
I'm writing a book about MJ's visits to Sydney at the moment and I researched the Stevie Wonder stuff in detail. They performed "Bad" in Brisbane at the end of the show. It's often said that it was "Just Good Friends" in Sydney, but this is sadly an urban legend.

At least we've been lucky enough to see a glimpse of their studio performance, which was damn awesome. :p

It's one of the last time that michael sing Bad Live, sadly :/
