There's not that many variety shows on anymore, and the Jacksons Variety Show was awesome. I think they should bring it back.
It'd be great. They could promote new releases from the Jackson family members by premiering videos and performing new songs. The could perform old songs of theirs, and covers of songs they like, just like they used to on the Jacksons Variety Show. The could do funny skits like they used to. But probably higher better writers because some of those skits were terrible, lol. They can even add a talk show element to it and interview people. Turn the tables around and have Michael interview others instead of being interviewed.
I think if done right, with the right producers, the right writers, it could work really well. And people love the Jacksons, no matter how much they wont admit it, so the show will surely get a lot of viewers.
Also, it wouldn't mean Michael, Janet or anybody would have to put their music careers on hold. They don't all have to show up every week. That's the beauty of having a large family. Michael can show up one week, then the next week work on music, then come back and just go on like that. So it wouldn't necessarily take any time away from their own music careers.
