Change the Charges

sorry but if its second degree murther why not charge that?
And for me no anwer like maybe he walk away.. thats bullshit thats also for the drunk driver but u charge him also with sec. degree murder..
its not about the savest travel, its about fair justice..
otherwise why have a legal system?????? in the above written peaces its ofius that this is not Im but defintly second degree murder, so he should be charged properly...

Im not getting the US of this bulsit of not giving him the right charges

They don't have the evidence to prove it was murder. Murray was negligent and caused MJ's death, but it was not premeditated. Involuntary manslaughter is the right charge. If they change the charge to any type of murder charge, he will get off.

From the very start of this case, they said that if murray "KNEW BETTER" and what he did to Michael was "SUCH A RISK" that the charges would be in the murder category, not involuntary manslaughter.

So I guess with the charges we have now, that means when murray injected that last lethal dose without any monitoring equipment and walked out the room, he just didn't know better because he's a doctor. And not only that, it wasn't even such a risk for Michael's life.
