Controversial MJ Documentary Leaving Neverland [GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD]

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

With the way this is going, whats next?

Tom Sneddon being resurrected?

This shitstorm have only begun to grow, and I am not sure we will be able to think or see clearly once it spirals out of control completely.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Hm but Robson ALWAYS said he ALWAYS remembered what MJ did to him. He didn't forget one minute.
And he wanted to describe in every detail in the movie (what he could reharsed for 5 years now) to make it more belivieable for people instead of showing evidance.
What sadly worked at sundance.

True. Good point. Rest of what i said still stands though

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Police Report filed on Robson & Safechuck for perjury!

So at 7.18 in the video she starts talking about the police report she has filed for perjury on Robson and Safechuck. And then she goes on and reads the police report she has filed etc.

Pretty funny. I bet the the police and DA wont bother to even read the report?

Anyways, at least she is trying to do something....the circus becoming even more of circus.

Do we have any legal experts here who can listen to what she said and verify if the points she is making are correct or not?

The same person who's trying to make us believe Michael's alive and not to mention I had a feud with on YouTube, follows me but blocked her on Tumblr weeks before I killed off (deleted) my Tumblr page?

Well she's trying to help us out for once for filing a perjury report against Robson & STABchuck, but those Santa Barbara PD are still no help and they're not to be trusted anyways. If they don't do anything, then they're still stupid and not to be trusted at all.

Hey. I only asked about whether her legal perspective on the perjury was correct or not.

That has nothing to do with what she does otherwise.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

I dont know if Tom Mesereau would be the best choice right now, he was Bill Crobys defence lawyer recently and that is just asking for trouble considering the outcome of that trial.

here is the NEWS: https://kutv.com/news/local/lds-tem...nder-admits-to-child-molestation-says-website

A story published Monday by The Truth & Transparency Foundation, a website founded by two ex-Mormons who also founded Mormon Leaks, claims a co-founder of the Sundance Film Festival and director of two video used in the secretive LDS temple endowment ceremony, admits to molesting a child in the early 1990s.

The abuse allegations are against Sterling Van Wagenen a BYU grad, co-founder of the Sundance Film Festival with Robert Redford, director of the Academy Award winning film "The Trip to Bountiful" and the man who was hired by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to direct new videos for the LDS temple endowment ceremony in 2013.

That is exactly what they want, a shitstorm because there has never been any credibility behind it but we have collected a lot of facts throughout the years and we need to focus on how to best clear his name in the long perspective even if some tributeconcert should be canceld or his music beeing pulled somewhere. No tour or anything to go back to this time because he is dead. And they ask why he settled the civil lawsuit in 93. I think we react in a similar way even now almost 10 years after his death.

In the US if it can be proven that an individual lied under oath, its a punishable felony.

Yeah. I was aware of that. But I believe it has been said that statue of limitation has already expired and thus Wade and Safechuck cant not be punished at this point regardless if Mesereau should try that route. It was mostly that argumentation by Perl that I did not fully understand or know if it was correct.

I mean, if they could be charged with perjury, why has Mesereau not done anything since Wade came forward? I have no idea how that all works, if Tom would have to do alot of work or if he could just "file for perjury" and then have a current DA pursue the case against Robson?

Even if The Jacksons cant afford to pay Mesereaus salary, the estate could easily do it!

Those liars told the TRUTH UNDER OATH and when questioned by police/investigators; they are LYING NOW.

Well since wade has given multiple stories in court it would be about the lie in court not the specifics of the allegations or when they were done. It's about when he lied..

And he either lied in 2005 or 2012/13.. it is fact he lied in court in at least one no matter what you think of his allegations.

I think we should focus on clearing Michaels name instead in a way that destroys his reputation and that will be a punishment in itself.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Yeah I agree, it's just not us that would take them to court for it..

I would not mind a headline of "wade robson sentenced for purgery" though lol..

But it has to be VERY clear that he is not a ”victim” and how they totally lack credibility. Still today we get comments like ”a starstruck jury let MJ get away” and I don’t want to be still doing this in my 60s or so..but I guess I probably will if I have to.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Oh wow, De Telegraaf. Not surprised one bit that this paper would jump to all kinds of conclusions. Thing is, we know it's all nonsense but the majority of people reading that paper don't.

I decided to read a little of it, when will these idiots get it right? They talk about how horrifying the doc is and how it leaves people disgusted. I guess SLIGHTLY to their credit they do say Robson had previously fully denied any wrongdoing but they again also say this...

Back in the day Jackson managed to avoid a trial by paying 20 million dollars to Chandler so that he wouldn't testify against him.

You CAN NOT make this shit up. Please just... sigh, die Telegraaf. To hell with that paper, it's filed under a section called BIZARRE. I guess I'm bizarre too then because I find MJ's reaction to it pretty normal.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Now that there is a news article claiming a body language expert has analysed this deposition and damned it as basically an arrogant display of his guilt, I'd like this video to be shared. That deposition has always appeared to be of a man who is in absolute disbelief that questions like this are being asked of him. At least a lot of people in the comment section of the 'unearthed' video are saying it too. Honestly, how would you react? Some people are saying they'd be completely serious which is yes, understandable and probably sensible. But at the same time, you'd just want to laugh, wouldn't you? If someone asked me whether I had sexually molested a child my eyebrows would go the same way and I would bark out a laugh and probably swear at them. The guy who made this video above made others analysing MJ's body language and even wrote a book on it (which I got from the library a few years back). I don't know how accurate and reliable body language is, however. But if everyone's now harping on about how 'arrogant' and 'creepy' he is, maybe we should get some alternative experts out there. Although, if they're not talking about his body language, they're shouting 'but where is his nose??'

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

You will always be able to get "experts" to say anything..

One thing about Michael, he was a horrible liar. Any time he discussed things that he wasnt being honest about it was super obvious..

He was no mastermind liar, if he touched anyone - a body language expert would not be needed.. he in every sense is honest when it comes to children.

You could also answer with many other MJ bodylanuge analysis from other interviews which said that MJ always spoke the truth about the allegation but there analysis of wade robson who said that he is lying.
This is one of my favorite Analysis of MJ:

Ah and I will repeat here my answer on youtube about the laughing situation:
"Yeah laughing and crying are often very near in a situation.
MJ was a very strong person. A worrier who said he let nothing bring him down cause "I'm Unbreakable."
Why should he take this stupid police officer send from his enemy snedden serious?
He took everthing serious and was very hurt in 1993 from the false allegation (for which you can find evidence) but here it is three years later!"

Hey. I only asked about whether her legal perspective on the perjury was correct or not.

That has nothing to do with what she does otherwise.

I don't see how anyone can bring a perjury case (for lies now) while the Appeal by Robson and Safechuck has not yet been heard. Surely if the Appeal court decides that the MJJ companies were indeed responsible for whatever R and S alleged, then it will be assumed that R and S testimony in 2005 and 1993 (respectively) will be the 'lies' . (Which of course should not be the findings of the Appeal....but we don't know until the verdict. )

The video was edited. Blantent lie by yet again by the daily fail. The depostitipn was about the wrongful dismissal case of the scummy neverland five. (Mj won) othing to do with child abuse. The laughing was from the begining wjen someone in the room said something. The lawyer brought up a long list of stupid accusations includong abuse. Mj was hardly expecting it.

Not sure how you can anyalise a video that has been sliced and diced!!

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

!!!!!!!!! What are you talking about??? It doesn't matter which ones are the lies. What matters is that they are now saying different things from what they testified under oath
Yeah I bet noone of the jury said later they decided MJ is not guilty because of Wades testimony. They said the vicitim famlily where not credible, that there was no real evidence and other things but as far as I remember noone of jury mentioned Wades testimony. Means it was not very important.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

So this Dan Reed claims none of his "experts" said that they believe MJ was innocent? Yet back in the day it was reported that he didn't fit the profile of a pedophile at all. So really Reed, why don't you just **** off with your nonsense. We're past that.
