I have to say it looks very encouraging.

But it might JUST be a casual online campaign to mark the anniversary since they aren't releasing anything...

Would it not be unusual for the Facebook group to announce it via a change of cover photo?

When I woke up this morning and saw MJ's Facebook and Twitter I thought "Yasss, Dangerous 25 is on its way!!!!"
But then I realized that we still have no official confirmation and I went from 100 to 0 real quick LOL. :)

I hope this is true. Dangerous is a criminally underrated album and deserves the recognition from the public. Before 2012, it was all about Thriller but after Bad 25, the Bad album started to get more recognition. I hope with D25, we start to see Dangerous on charts again. It deserves recognition from the general public and the casual fans who think MJ was only an 80s star.

I think this is about the extent of what they're doing with the anniversary. People need to stop reading into everything and assuming something will happen.

If no announcement comes of this, I'll be very surprised. I don't think this is a "Hey casual fans, Dangerous is turning 25!" kind of thing, it's intentionally a simple image and title, I think they want to start the hype.

EDIT: Just noticed the post on Facebook: "All this month, we’ll be celebrating the 25th anniversary of the release of Dangerous!"

Not a good sign, very odd decision to update all of the social account cover photos to "Dangerous 25" for a month-long casual Dangerous promotion, especially knowing that "Dangerous 25" obviously has the same name format to "Bad 25", something that was actually released. Casual and hardcore fans alike could easily get confused seeing that on social media. Very excited fans in the replies to the "Dangerous 25" posts... A dumb move on their part if no announcement comes from this.

Good. Better late than never. I just hope they will release a concert DVD and also Blu-Ray if possible. I will be really disapponted if they don't.

I don't think it will be like Bad 25 :/ in the next days we will know more..
They posted a cover on Dangerous 25 and they knows fans are waiting a " real " Dangerous 25, as always they will disappoints us.
