I think I've heard of 4 of them. Literally couldn't name any song by 7 of them.

Lol, reminds me if this:

I actually got the inspiration from that thread, hope you don't mind.

Well, I like Bruno Mars. Liked him better some years ago, though. I think The Weeknd is good, but always forget to listen to some of his music to find out if I like it...in general, I mainly listen to punk/ (hard-) rock, so... 🤷

The Weeknd is the one I like most out of all of those, after MJ he's my favorite artist. "Starboy" is one of the rare non-MJ albums which I enjoy almost every song on the album instead of just 2 or 3. He's the closest thing to this generation's MJ in the sense that every single he puts out is an instant hit. A lot of his newer songs has a clear MJ influence to them, especially those coming from his "Dawn FM" album. "Out Of Time" always reminded me so much of "Rock With You", I even put both songs in one of those song mashup websites and it was incredible how much those songs blended so well together lol

I want to enjoy Bruno Mars but his music doesn't do anything for me no matter how many times I listen to it, though while I was lurking on one of the threads in this forum I came across one song that I ended up liking so maybe I just haven't looked deep enough into his catalog lol

The weeknd is one of my favourite artists for sure, and his music sounds so similar to Michael's.

Have you heard Bruno Mars' new song, I just might? Its pretty good if you want to try that out. I also recommend Finesse or anything off of Doo-wops and hooligans

Was it Calling All My Lovelies?

You know ball" is slang meaning you're knowledgeable or skilled at something specific, originating from basketball but now used for any topic, from gaming to history to niche skills like identifying obscure NBA moments or understanding finance. It's a way of saying, "I'm an expert on this," or "I'm savvy about this subject," often used as a humblebrag or to show deep understanding.
