So Michael wanted an anaesthesiologist and Murray knew it ? And Dr Adams said he was OK to join them ?
Then why was he never contacted again ??? It would be interesting to know who dr Adams sent that SMS to.
And then what lies exactly were told to Michael.

In 2008, he reports administering Propofol to Jackson three or four times- each one fo them during dental procedures, each one in a medical office, and never for insomnia.

This should not have been shown during the prelim? :scratch:it will be interesting to know when adams sent the sms to murray, i hope the prosecution has the sms and the date when it was sent
We tried to reach Dr. Murray's attorney, Ed Chernoff, for comment on all this. He hasn't yet responded. But on Monday he did say that "much of what was in the search warrant affidavit is factual"
MJ Was On the Hunt For The Perfect Anesthesiologist
Michael Jackson was such a hard-core drug addict ... he actually interviewed an anesthesiologist to follow him to London to "take care of him."
Jackson -- who had a well-documented Propofol addiction for years before his death -- tried recruiting Dr. David Adams, a Las Vegas anesthesiologist, to go on tour with him in 2009.
We've learned Dr. Adams told LAPD investigators that several months before MJ's death ... Dr. Conrad Murray and Michael met with Dr. Adams and said, "We think it would be great to have an anesthesiologist go on the [This Is It] tour."
Adams thought about it and texted Murray, "I'd like to be on board. Let's talk about it." But MJ and Murray never contacted him again.
AMEN to this a big AMEN.Not only was Michael murdered by his "doctor," but now his name is being dragged through the mud. The next person who says "Michael was a drug addict," or "Michael was doctor-shopping for propofol," or, the WORST, "Michael brought it on himself," deserves a karmic slap upside the head, or worse. That includes Karen Faye, and Michael's own family, and even some posters on THIS board. Now is the time for sensitivity and support in what we post, ok? Not directed at anyone specifically, but why give the defense team further ammunition from Michael's own FANS? Personally, I've had enough of that behavior. But, carry on. . .
i think thats exactly what happened. and the prosecution will say this aswell. its daming for murray.murray was not trained to give this drug and when adams got back in contact he made sure mj wasnt aware as murray was so desperate from money and this job he knew he would either be out of a job or getting a much smaller wage if adams came on board. more reckless behaviour.I also find it interesting that Adams texted Murray to say he would like to join the tour but never heard back. Could it be that Murray never told Mike that Adams had agreed to it feeling he would be out from the picture if Adams joined them?

" An affidavit is a formal sworn statement of fact, signed by the person giving or making the affidavit (who is called the affiant or deponent) and witnessed by someone legally authorized to take oaths, such as a notary public."
And yet they say "much" is factual?? How can this be? Shouldn't it be "all" is factual? Wouldn't this be sort of the same thing as admitting perjury? And punishable somehow? (hope, hope)
Thanks, smoothlugar. I had forgotten about that affidavit and thought there was another one being referred to. I went and reread it and see where "that man" told police he thought that the cocktail Cherilyn Lee was giving Michael was propofol. Even then, he was trying to deflect blame, it looks like.
