It mean the writer of the article is stupid, did you read the whole article, Murry was Never offer a plea.
They just put headline like this one to attract reader to there sorry gossip site. Now to the rubbish dump please. Mode

they said this last year as well. The DA has never offered Murray a plea anyway so what's the purpose of making it a headline? TMZ is just trying to start some mess.
 
the prosecutor will not offer any plea bargain...the charges are rather easy to start with...
 
of course he wont ever plea bargain...he doesn't think he did anything wrong...as a matter of fact in another thread we see that on June 25th Michael's second anniversary of his death...Murray was at a wedding with his baby mama,,dancing his ass off....the guy is a sleaze .
 
Thats a ridiculas NON Story and Headline
Murray cant cop a plea bargain becuase he wasnt even offerered one and its
to late to do that anyway. The charge is already made and set for trial. ..
