Before I get to official, I urge everyone to check out Remixed by Nick* on YouTube. How they haven't been hired by the estate yet is insane to me, here's just one great example of their work.

Michael Jackson - This Time Around (Maurice's Hip Hop Around Mix)

History (Tony Moran's HIStory Lesson)

Scream Louder (Flyte Tyme Remix)

2 Bad (Refugee Camp Mix)

Michael Jackson Feat. Eve - Butterflies Remix

You Rock My World (Track Masters Remix ft. Jay-Z)

The Girl Is Mine (Club Mix with Will.I.Am)

PYT (Pretty Young Thing) (2008 feat Will.I.Am)

Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' (2008 with Akon)

I’m not much of a remix guy in general, especially when someone’s trying to match the genius MJ was churning out. These are the only ones I really think are worth the time:

“Scream Louder (Flyte Tyme Remix)”
“HIStory (Tony Morgan’s HIStory Lesson)”
“The Girl Is Mine 2008”
“P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing) 2008”
“Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’ 2008”
“This Is It”
“Hollywood Tonight”
“Behind the Mask”
“Much Too Soon”
“This Is It” (Paul Anka Version)
“Love Never Felt So Good”
“Chicago”
“Loving You”
“A Place with No Name”
“Xscape”
“Slave to the Rhythm” (feat. Justin Bieber)
“Do You Know Where Your Children Are” (2010)

From the ones listed here, I like Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' 2008 and History Tony Moran. For Scream, I prefer some of the remixes from the CD singles.

Better are the Dangerous remixes. I recently picked up Jam, In The Closet and Who Is It, original 90s UK CDs. They've got some good house remixes.

You also have stuff like The Remix Suite.
