You can not legally prevent someone from reporting a crime to the authorities.

Please learn how the law works people.
 
The fact that it's the cascio family pisses me off something shocking and also the fact that branca paid them before angers me even more

I think we need to watch the way we word this.

They did not pay them to stay quiet.

They paid them for the rights to the 5 siblings life story, and part of the agreement is that they would not slander Michael. This is a normal and pretty standard agreement in any kind of deal. It was an NDA or a non disparage agreement, similar to what they had with HBO.


That's what really happened. So please stop saying they paid them off cause that's not what really happened.

Also it's possible they bought the rights to Franks book which is pro-mj and he defends him in it.

Frank was trying to sell it to be turned into a miniseries in 2018, a year before the family flipped and turned to extortion. It;s likely that frank got bit with the greedy bug and realized he could make a lot more money selling lies after LN came out.

When the estate approached them and asked them to help defend Michael, they probably took advantaged of LN mess and demanded money for helping. The estate said no, and so they flipped to the other side and started making threats

Also this twitter user is right on the money when with her theory of what happened when they turned.

People are using it to drag Michael though, I'm seeing his kids, skin disease and the allegations coming up so sadly he can't escape it

Doesn't matter because the liar already told the estate that he was breaking the nda when he demanded more money, so he broke it first.

Also theres no proof yet that branca spoke to anyone. We have a story from shady stacy brown
 
It's Frank. Re-read the article again. It says that he spoke to Oprah and Wendy Williams. And that he wrote in his book..

Also there is 5 Cascio children. And they did similar thing in the past with the recording and selling the fake songs to the Estate.
 
The whole Janet thing overshadowed the new "allegations" but I also see people saying that somehow it's bringing MJ into it for some weird reason.

I read that her words were twisted anyway, I can't imagine her saying those things in a malicious way as the tabloids are painting it as.
These new "allegations" and this whole media hoopla must be a lot for the grieving family.

I'd rather have him be in the news & discussed all of the time on social media then never being discussed at all and forgotten like Elvis. For all of the shenanigans we have twice as many viral videos or comments praising him. It comes with being a fan
