Very interesting video Tina. I would have preferred to hear Tohme utter these threads himself rather than someone saying he said that. I would like to know what Tohme said exactly. I did see another video of him where he was asked how he felt about being terminated from his job and he maintained that that was not the case ( but it was, we have seen the letter signed by Michael) and he would continue to represent Michael for as long as needed. I tell you, that guy gives me the creeps. He is a shady character and is not to be trusted IMO.

About the Will - ok, so Raymone Bain asks in 2007 if there is a will in place. One could argue that that could just as easily have been the 2002 will, because then the answer would still have been yes. A better question with a more precise answer would have been ( again, just my opinion) "Is there a will in place, Mr Jackson, that replaces the last will and if so in which year was this will signed". Her answer can be interpreted in different ways
1) yes, there is a NEW will in place, therefore the 2002 will is outdated
2) yes, the 2002 will is still valid
My point being: just because she asked the question in the year 2007, does not necessarily mean that this is the same year the (new)will was signed. Do you get my drift ?

It is interesting, and gives me chills down my spine that the gentleman in the beginning ( Mr Acculpo or something like that) readily admits to there being bad influences in Michael's inner circle.
I don't know what to think about the 'dependency on drugs' part. I want to keep in mind that during that time rumors were being spread that MJ was addicted to Demerol. The man I saw in This Is It just did not look like a drug addict to me, so I don't really know what to believe in that sense.

I never knew Thome Thome threatened Michael too??

And then he has the nerve to show up at the announcment of his death.

But then again, then is someone putting words into another's mouth. I don't trust Thome one bit, but still....

Michael's mouth may be the one that gets stuffed by others the most, but he is not the only one people stuff words into.

People are also saying Michael just wanted to do ten shows, while he wanted to continue and do MORE across the world.

do we know when Michael made Tohme his manager? and how they met on the first place?

Seems there are lots of mixed reports about when and how MJ met Tohme and/or made him his manager, Zori. I've heard so many different things on that.

Yeah the reports really are pretty mixed. There are conflicting reports and its difficult to sort the tales from the truth.

thanks for answering!

strange how little we know in fact. I don't follow other stars the way i follow Michael's life and it's interesting to me - is it like that only with Michael? do ppl know more about other stars? is it easier to get info about them? Around Michael it's a mystery!

From what i know it was Jermaine that introduced Michael to Tohme.......are you surprised?

I heard it was Jermaine also and it was not surprising to me that he and Jermaine were there together when MJ died at the press conference.

I took note that they said 'others' responsible and so..they do not think it was just Murray. That makes me feel better because as much as Murray appears to be the only guilty one I don't believe it for a second.

I do not think that Murray acted alone either...I think he was the fall guy..I do think that he did the deed for a lot bigger fish than himself...Michael was murdered and Murray played the executioner....I hope all the BIGGER fish will be caught too....Michael was killed for money.

I am not so sure about how Murray was involved here. I just know that we are not being told everything and the scene we are being fed makes no sense for any doctor.

Many fans take it at face value and think this man just gave him too much Propofol and wasn't watching his patient but it goes deeper than that.
