Yeah thats from Center Stage.. It could be any song but just by the picture If it is a performance I will guess Man In The Mirror.. One, him raising his arm up like that could be for the "hooo, hooo, hooo, hooo" and he has knee pads on so that could be for the obvious drop to the knees..
