Bruce Swedien, the American audio engineer and music producer behind Michael Jackson’s albums has been hospitalized with COVID-19.

Bruce has had few health issues for the last few years and we wish him a speedy recovery

On the 16 November 2020 Mr Swedien sadly left us. All our prayers, our condolences to all of Mr Swedien wife and family

Dang this is a sad one. He will be forever remembered for his contributions to sound engineering as a whole but more specifically for me what he contributed to MJ's art.
 
I had a feeling he wasn't gonna make it. it's hitting the elders and disabled the worst. prayers and condolences to the family. :cry:

This is very sad news. The art of sound died with him. Rest In Peace my friend and thank you for the wonderful sonic bliss you gave to the world.

The passing of Bruce Swedien truly is a great loss - first and foremost for his loving family, for music lovers everywhere and those of us in MJfam, who appreciate so much his loyal and constant presence on ALL of Michael's major projects, to which he contributed so greatly.

May God rest his soul and comfort his loved ones and all those who must miss him so terribly. I'm sure they are all keeping him in their hearts through the wonderful memories of the time shared together.
 
So Sad. He gave us so much pleasure with making Michael sound so good. I will forever appreciate that. Thank you so much Bruce. You will be missed!
