His Favourite Foods

So on Michael birthday I want to make some of his favourite foods to go along with a day of watching his videos, concerts and interviews. I only became a fan this January, so it'll be my first celebration of his birthday and I want to make it special Besides KFC (I'm vegan) and candy what are his favourite foods? What I know so far is sushi, mexican, pizza and devil's food cake. Do any of you know any others? Also, if you have interviews or videos where he said he likes those foods, that would be great!

Well, his chef Kai Chase said he loved seared Ahi tuna salad, and fish in general.

According to his mother he loved sweet potato pie and hot apple turnovers. His like for sweet potato pie was also confirmed through this fave celebrity recipes book ('The Rock & Roll Cookbook'), and you can find the recipes here - http://www.mj-777.com/?p=7600
