She trashed Michael on 'The View' and on her show. Glad it's not renewed.

Behar's last show taping will be mid-December.

As THR previously reported, Joy Behar's HLN show will end its two year run at the year's end.

"The show has not been renewed," confirms a spokesperson Thursday.

Behar’s last show taping will be mid-December. One of HLN’s current programs will move into the 10 p.m. timeslot, but the Turner-owned cable news network is not prepared to make an announcement on the new line-up just yet.

“I am very proud of the show that we created at HLN and I owe tremendous thanks to the show team who made it possible,” Behar said in a statement.

Added HLN general manager Scot Safon, “Joy and her team produced over 500 episodes of a show that featured news-making interviews, great conversation and plenty of humor. We thank Joy for the many memorable moments she gave the HLN audience.”

While Behar's show has been a critical ratings driver for CNN's sister network -- up 38 percent in the third quarter -- HLN is believed to be shifting its focus beyond entertainment news and trial coverage. Safron recently told TV Newser that the network would be adding election coverage with a focus on the people behind the politics and military coverage.

The recently married Behar will continue as a co-host on ABC's The View.

her show was insult to television in the first place,, good riddance.
 
Well all I gotta say about this is HAAAAAAAAAAA HAAAAAAAAAA! She truly sucked as a host. Her interview skills were bad. She always would say "a huh" and "yea" like she could care less about what the person just said to her after they answered her questions. It was truly weird at times. But, my best memory and one I'm grateful for that I got to see is the interview she had with Jermaine he scared that bitch straight! He had her stuttering. lol And yes please take that fake ass DR. Drew too. He needs to get back to the patients he also abandon for fame just like Murray, if he truly cares?
