What helps me especially is "Gymnastik" for the stomach and core muscles of the spine, as well as rotation exercises for the spine, walking, swimming, ... basically staying in motion and active. Also: relaxation techniques that focus on breathing.Back pain from hell once again... love it

- I have tried nearly everything in the last...18 years . Now I am at a point where I think like maybe it's really mainly stress-related, can't think of anything else. Planning on going to a rehabilitation clinic, hope they will agree to my request...
