For sure, I basically don't eat any sugar at all... only when it's in chocolate etc. which is also something I normally eat like maybe 2-3 times per monthAnyone interested in a "no-sugar-support-group?" lol I want to cut down on my sugar, it is so harddddddd!![]()

Woah, that is so beautiful to still have a great grandmotherJust had to laugh because relatives posted a picture of my great grandmother (she's 99). They bought her some french fries and she looks as happy as someone had given her a gold bar.
In many cases (depending on what the issues are) strength training can help a lot. I have seen so many videos of people in their 70s and 80s even, barely able to move and after some months of training they were walking around like they were 30 years younger. We're always told getting older means getting weaker and not being able to move but we can do many things to slow down this process significantly. Hope you feel better soonIt's one of those days where I hate getting old ... not mentally, but physically...![]()
Thank you @someplace_else . Yes, I am thinking about doing more strength training. It just feels like my body is falling apart, which it basically DOES from a certain age onwards lolIn many cases (depending on what the issues are) strength training can help a lot. Greetings from the 34 year old, about to go to rehab.
Don't think about it, do itThank you @someplace_else . Yes, I am thinking about doing more strength training. It just feels like my body is falling apart, which it basically DOES from a certain age onwards lol, and I have lots of problems with pain and stiffness.
I am very active in my day to day live (plus I have no car, live on third floor without a lift, etc.), but I guess it would be good to do some serious muscle strength training, too. Yes, dear year2026, you heard that lol
