How to block/ignore Forums

Hi-I've been searching for this, but can't find my answer specifically. I usually log on and go straight to "New Posts"-so I can see the news and get updates on Trials and Tribulations, or Mania-or the forums that interest me. But lately there have been a LOT of new posts to 2000 Watts as well as Random Thoughts and I don't really care about those.

I see in the settings that you can subscribe to Threads, but nothing about subscribing to Full Forums. Now, I've been opening the forum I don't want up, marking everything read, and then closing it, but that only lasts a few hours.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated!!! :)
 
I don't think there is such a feature and to be honest I wouldn't really want there to be one, members being able to delete forums would do nothing for the flow of activity around all the forums and the keeping the community vibrant.

My advice just stick to the forum's you like using the bold title's to know where you have been and where you have not ;) :)
 
Ok. :). Thanks. I definitely don't want to delete bc sometimes I'm in there too. Just was trying to see if subscribed would work for me.

As far as I know, it is possible to subscribe to whole forums. :unsure: I know I'm subscribed to a few.
 
You click on a forum and then go to the forum tools drop down at the top. There is a 'subscribe to forum' option. :)
