I have noticed that i've being getting annoyed and angry at the smallest things recently, i was walking home and i just missed the lights and it really frustrated me badly (suprised myself actually)..cried a bit when i got home which helped.

so if anyone else feels like punching something (no people) lol, this is the thread.

I understand you.Its becase of the much stress and nerves.I'm feeling at times the same.Crying because I'm so angry at something.You have to be calm and rest more.
 
Well, looking at the general discussion section it seems many feel that anger with you! It's all part of the grieving proces, so feel free to scream and shout whenever you feel like. Good on you that you cried a bit when you got home! Good to let it out :)
 
i think letting out the stress and frustration you are feeling is a good idea. i do it through dancing and writing in my diary. it helps balance out the stress and frustration around me because i refuse to sink to their level.
 
Yes. I think I need a stress ball too or just scream in my pillow.
Mainly I've been confused, sad,and angry its like a vicious cycle that never stops.
 
Have a whine about it like me in the anger thread.
But make sure you don't make death threats to celebs/people you hate haha, i kind of got in trouble for it.
